Very good Mexican food and friendly service at an affordable price. Definitely worth the stop, but be aware the food is prepared in a trailer: this isn’t a restaurant, it’s a «street taco» place. The menu includes a selection of tacos, burritos, tostadas, quesadillas, etc. There are non-alcoholic beverage by the bottle available. Your best bet is to buy the meals to go unless you’re OK sitting on a picnic table in the parking lot. Why go to a franchise Mexican fast food restaurant, when you can get the great food at Jose’s Tacos to go?

Best Mexican food in the valley, no competition. I’ve been to El Sombrero, Paraiso Vallarta, and several others. They’re good– but Jose’s is great. Wonderful value on their tacos, the grilled burrito is phenomenal, and their tamales are perfect. Love LOVE the fish tacos, the lengua, and their al Pastor? Don’t even get me started. So good. Make sure you like their Facebook page, because they keep you posted on their daily specials which are really good deals. Friendly folks working the window, too!

Finally a legit taco truck in the valley. Jose definitely takes pride in his cooking. The tacos are authentic and he also hooked us up with a fire roasted chili pepper that was amazing. And don’t forget the real Mexican coke! Can’t wait to stop by next time!

Great Taco Truck! The Posole(soup) is out of this world. The tamales, burritos, and ceviche are also great. My favorite is the tongue tacos, with a side of rice and jalapeños.

Great street tacos, you won’t be disappointed. Homemade guacamole is very good as well as their salsas! I will be back next time I am in town for sure. If you like authentic tacos, definitely check this place out!
