We love this place! Definitely the REAL deal. It’s almost alway busy (good indication that they must be doing something right!) and the line moves fast. Employees act silly and sing you a song if you tip; it seems like they actually enjoy being there too! Tons of flavors and combos to choose from. You can order a tub of your favorite to-​go. They’ve got icecream cookies and cakes and all sorts of treats. Only thing that would make this location even better is if they had more seating and we could sit down and stay awhile — though that probably wouldn’t benefit my waistline any: P

The Founder’s Favorite with Strawberry Cheese Cake Ice cream was enjoyed by the three of us, immensely, and my toddler requested an «Oreo Milkshake».
This ending to our day was a bit over $ 22, but worth every lickin’ drip! :-)
…I just had to taste his ‘shake, and it was Amazing! Taste just like the chocolate cookies in an oreo, but cold (if that makes sense?!)…Rich, no shamming on the cookies! :-)
The ladies were smiley, and friendly, but we heard no singing until the guy behind us tipped as we walking out of the door! I was a bit disappointed, since after reading the reviews before I went highly suggested that singing was the normal greeting — I would have been motivated to tip, but, after $ 5 for each small treat, I didn’t feel too badly…

Obviously the best «real» ice cream in Clarksville. Friendly staff and the line went quickly considering they mix your ice cream from scratch. I had the coffee lovers mix (don’t remember the specific name) and it was delicious. I would recommend a small for pretty much anyone. The ice cream is really rich and it’s a lot of ice cream. The only catch is that it’s fairly expensive for ice cream.

Place had a awesome environmemt. Great energetic staff. And the ice cream was top notch. I definetley gave a tip because of how awesome it was to be there. None of the other coldstone I have ever been to ever sang or had such a high energy staff.

My family and I just had to best experience at Cold Stone! The staff was fun, energetic, and engaging, they sang songs and interacted with the customers. When it came time to check out they asked us if we were military in order to provide us a discount. Such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be going back. Kudos to the off work employee who stayed to play the guitar and provide entertainment to the patrons.

Yes, the ice cream is good. But good lord it’s expensive, and worse yet, it takes FOR. EV. ER. to get it.
I don’t mean slow. The service here is on glacier pace. Not only are they slow, they stop and do a stupid cheer every time they get a tip in the jar. No kidding, 25 people in line and they stop to dance and sing. Fail, Fail, Fail.
I can’t see the point of paying twice Baskin Robbins price, while waiting 20 minutes to get ice cream.
