Jack In the Box

I’ve tried this place twice because the commercials make the food look so enticing, but duh that is what they are supposed to do so dummies like me spend their hard earned money on it.
Well, I have learned my lesson. The food they advertise as spicy, is not. Not at all. Not even a little bit. Just bland and disappointing. I gave it two chances, tried two different things, and was disappointed two times.
In this ball game, two strikes and Jack’s out. =P It didn’t help each time I went I spent a lifetime at the drive through. If it weren’t for the cars in front of me, I would have thought I was having one of my «special» moments and waiting at a restaurant that wasn’t even open, that’s how slow it was.

Took 23 minutes to receive my order I thought I was in olive garden for a moment. That’s not counting how long it took for them to ask what I wanted. Place needs better management. I feel like most of the people are lazy. When I finally did receive my order they were very polite that’s the only reason why in giving them 2 stars.

Poor customer service and always seem to be out of salads! I usually love jack n the box salads but 9 times out of 10 they are out of salads and ranch dressing. I was once offered to have them make a salad and I agreed what I got was not a salad but instead a pile of gross iceberg lettuce with a ton of carrots 2 tomato slices and a tiny piece of chicken. Several times they have been out of bacon and instead of tell me they just left it off. Also they have left out items in or order and charged us extra for items I didn’t order or get and when I called to complain the only solution the manager offered was for my to drive all the way back to get the items I didn’t even want. Save your time and money go elsewhere!

Usually a slow line but sometimes not. When there is a line im out in about 7 mins. Food quality is ok also

As much as I love jack in the box this visit was horrible! It took 30 min from the time I placed my order till the time I had all my food in hand. Was told that the guy on the grill was way behind and being a food service guy myself I was like cool fresh hot food! WRONG! My tacos were super soggy, my half a large curly fries were cold. But what made me mad was that my wife’s order worse then mine. Her sourdough jack was slopped together with 2 baby pieces of bacon. Her side salad is not good (going to take it back). Won’t let her eat it because it’s just trash. And her sweet tea is just darkened water. Hope someone important reads this because changes need to be made. I’m including pictures of her salad (check out the mushy cucumbers) and her burger with an additional picture of what the burger SHOULD look like.

I went there yesterday and had the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! The food was fine but the customer service was what really blew me away. I wish I got the lady’s name who took our order because she was a doll. The tacos were ok, tasted like they may have sat for a little bit.

Ate here with my 2 sons, my husband and my dad and it made all of us sick. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there unless you want to risk it. My son was throwing up within a couple hours after the visit with the rest of us joining shortly after.

It’s good for the greasy food cravings but holy cow, the drive through is slow. I do love the tacos and the shakes, everything else is generally okay.
Save the environment, turn off your car, stretch your legs and walk inside to order.

It’s a JITB, what do you expect? I’m a long standing JITB fan.
My gripes with this place is that they ditched their Bacon Cheddar Wedges, which are the number 2 seller along with the tacos, for Bacon Cheese Fries and upped the price to $ 2.39. In which they are clearly NOT worth. WTF, is this location’s deal?
Also, their calorie content is listed on the menu. I’m sorry, but since when is TN trying to be health conscious? It is the 4^th fattest state.
Such a bummer, as I was tickled pink to have a JITB in the area.

Great location! Food was hot and fresh, and most importantly even though we ordered our burgers special order, it was perfect, just as we requested!

I am impressed with this store!!! I’ve been going here for about 6 years now and have never had a problem. The store has gone through periods where it wasn’t the cleanest but within the past 3 years it has turned around. Now everytime I come in the place is clean, the employees are courteous beyond belief, and the food is great. This is by far my favorite fast food joint in town!!! Oh and if you’ve never been to a Jack in the Box they have everything you could want burgers, tacos, pitas, salads, breakfast, egg rolls, you name it and they probably have it.

I love Jack In The Box food. It used to be a routine for me & a friend to come get a late night shake, at least once a week! The drive-​thru staff are very friendly, like others have said… but, one trip in the dining room and you’ll want to pull the vacuum out of the closet and go to work! It’s nasty in there! So, if u want to eat here… same your appetite and hit up the drive-​thru! :)

The drive thru staff are always friendly and most of the time quick unless they’re short on tacos then you’re going to be waiting awhile. It’s fast food. Sometimes you just crave that greeeeasy stuff and Jack’s always comes through to satisfy it. I’m a big fan of their ice cream shakes. Real ice cream, and real thick. I was hesitant on it when I first tried them, but they are the real deal and it’s pretty cheap. The menu consists of 24hrs breakfast and everything after that.
Tacos are a staple here and don’t know what it’s about them but they’re great. Big fan of their Jumbo jacks. Cheap and tastes just like a whopper but cheaper. Always usually substitute fries with curly fries.

The most friendly drive thru ladies you’ll ever meet! Driving through the 1^st window yesterday she recommended a meal deal instead of my normal 2 tacos and a drink, and the lady at the 2^nd window asked me how my visit was today… it was different, but very nice! And can anyone ever beat Jacks food?! No! Best food ever ;)

It is what it is. Sometimes I get a craving for jalapeño poppers and a shake, and Jack in the Box hasn’t let me down on that. I’ve only been through the drive through, and all my interactions with the staff have been positive. Calories are listed on the menu, the food is served up hot, and there usually isn’t a wait.

Stop here quite a bit late at night. Drive thru is always open. Never had a problem with an order being messed up or wrong. The food is hot, fresh, and pretty cheap.

When I come here, I know to expect a long wait inside. I also know to double check any special orders. The workers are a hoot– many either hate each other and talk smack, or they are sharing scary stories about themselves.
I go in, place my order, wait ten minutes, then go home to eat. The lobby is usually packed or dirty, but that is why I go home. The food is fresh and good, which is what matters to me.
