This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Manager Marietta is super rude.
We WON’T be coming back.
We came in with a coupon and before we even presented it, Marietta yelled out, «NO WAY!» Shouting about «we had fraud up in here last week.» I showed her it was from
and she repeated THREE MORE TIMES about the fraud… basically saying that all coupons are fake.
IT WAS COUPON CODE 31 for a free chili. I bought a chili which was ok… the only reason I give one star.
She REFUSED TO HONOR IT.
Bill was $ 16 for two, seems high.
I had fries (old oil.) but the chili was ok.
We contacted corporate.
She basically claimed that I was a thief for using a coupon.

Went here for dinner tonight and for both of our kids meals they forgot the chicken nuggets. Paid $ 23 for 4 meals and instead got 2 meals and some fries. I called the manager Jennifer and I have to go down whenever to get it refunded. Kinda annoying when you pay that much for fast food you kinda expect full meals :/.

I’ve been to a few Wendy’s before. This was by far the worst Wendy’s or any fast food burger I have ever had. They literally looked like they «threw» the burger together. Those documentaries etc. where they show the burger at it’s worst? It really looked like that.

Its fast food but the burgers are improved man just get the fries without the salt. The cheese burger is best as a double patty. Best burger around man and the pickles are amazing not too sour at al. Good luck and eat well
