Went there for dinner and waited at the front for about 5 minutes until someone finally greeted us. Told us to fill out the bag to let them know what we wanted in our sandwich. That was easy enough and I liked the idea. But then I got home and began eating my sandwich and realized they added so many different things that I didn’t write down for my sandwich. On top of that it was the worst sandwich my husband and I have ever had and was way over priced! I will never be returning there!

I think this is the best sandwich place in clarksville. They are really fresh and taste great. I love the idea of the brown bags and how you get to mark exactly what you want on it. I got a turkey sandwich and was really happy with it and my husband got a gyro with a banana shake and really enjoyed that as well. We will forsure be coming back here in the future when we are looking for a really good sandwich fix

I think this is one of the best sandwich shops in Clarksville. I come here when I am in town for work. The bread is always fresh and so are the ingredients. I have ventured and tried many of their different choices and they have yet to disappoint. As a point they are 5 miles out of my way, and I pass a lot of options to get there. I like the ordering method, it is different then most but you don’t have to wait in line and listen to different people and there different choices. I have been here several different times but my last visit something definitely changed with the service; and not for the better. There was no sign of customer service at all… No Hello, welcome, thank you, etc… Just a «that’ll be $ 8.52» and someone screeching my name at the end. It is a Shame that the friendly service they used to have is gone. I may give them one more try before I leave town this trip but if the service is as bad as yesterday I will not be returning in the future. Bring back the great Service and you will be back to 5 stars in my book!

Facility has an industrial feel. I like the ordering process. Ya’ fill out your order on a bag after choosing from a sandwich grouping. Staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean. They have the new multi-flavor come machine!

I was getting my hair did at Lyndons and looked on Unilocal to find a place to eat lunch and it found several food places near there. I choose Which wich because of the reviews on here… As soon as I walked in I knew it must be good since the place was packed… The have a very cool way to order you pick your number and the sandwich bag fill it out how you want it… I agree with some of the other reviews ADDAVACADOS.

The concept is interesting, though I really think it doesn’t save too much time, especially since I was approached by an employee behind the register so she could explain it to me. I ended up gettin the TBR wich in a bowl, with the olive salad and hot pepper mix, and a ton of veggies with just oil and vinegar. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good place, particularity since their sandwiches translate well into bowls.

First time here. Interesting sandwich choices. A bit pricey for a sub, but it was good & the 7″ was filling. Idk about filling out my own bag, I would imagine it would be slow at lunch.

I have to say that my experience with Which Wich was not a good one. This was the first time I have ever been to one of them and I understand the concept of the bag and marking it with what you want, because it should get you through the line faster and get your sandwich quicker. But I ended up waiting 15min to get through the line and there was only 2 people in front of me! Needless to say when my fiancé and I finally got our order, I had gotten an Italian with a chocolate malt, as soon as I pick up my shake and start to walk out the door the top pops off and there went my shake. My fiancé then proceeded to ask for another while I went to clean myself off. The lady at the counter gets an attitude with him and says«Well its her fault. Shes the one that dropped it.». My fiancé then proceeds to set her straight along with some other customers that saw the event. So I ended up with my shake which for the most part was good. The sandwich was only average and was way to expensive for what I got. My fiancé hated it. Needless to say we will never be coming back to this Which Wich.

Unique concept or lack of involvement? Not sure if I like the idea of figuring out which sandwich I want and locating the corresponding bag. Then writing what I want on the sandwich on the bag and handing it to the cashier. The first thing I heard out of an employees mouth was how much money I owed! I ordered the«wicked» and it’s supposed to be the Sammie that made’um famous. Well, it was average, nothing more, nothing less. A bit pricey but not totally out of the realm. They do have one of the new coke fountains that has million and eight choices. I really like um I think their cool.
