Your average Wendy’s. They’re doing this $ 4 for 4 thing currently, so I went here today after a friend canceled dinner plans. My parents happened to be in the area as well so we met up there. The Jr cheeseburger was small, as was the 4 pack of chicken nuggets, but you actually did get a lot of fries. I also substituted my soft drink for their lemonade, which is delicious although a lot of calories actually. Service was fine and the interior is clean too. I used the restroom as well and for some reason it was a onesie and actually rather huge. I had gone to this Wendy’s a few times in the past too and have never had problems.

No, no and no. The girl at the window(Darayah) didn’t say a single word to us– not hello, not that will be $ 6, not here you go, thank you– nothing. She stared us down with a nasty attitude because we asked her to turn on the drive-through menu lights. Hello– it was 10pm and pitch black outside. Not only that, she gave out a small frosty when I asked for a medium and when I questioned if I received a small, she snapped back at me that it was indeed a medium before slamming her Window shut. So we called the manager after leaving(Mercedes) who was equally as unimpressive, rude, and no help whatsoever. All she would say was«uh huh» and«I’m sorry» but did not do anything to fix the problem, or even offer to. She even blamed the other manager for the lights. So my boyfriend gave up and said«ok so you apologizing fixes everything»…Mercedes LAUGHS, says yup you’re welcome, as if she did us a favor, and hangs up. Not gonna lie. I’ve never seen worse people skills in my life.

This is a Wendy’s. Unlike Taco Bell, the experience seems to be the same everywhere. The only real difference is the crowd. The Rochester location is predominately filled with construction workers, this one is filled with high school girls. Both make me feel equally uncomfortable for different reasons. Drive thru is quick and they usually over-fill the fries, which is always awesome. Plus, there’s an incredibly creepy looking former movie theater across the street to stare at.
