McDonald’s

The bun was stale, filet cooked but cold, cheese starting to solidify on my filet of fish. Must have been sitting out for an hour… thank you for the crappt meal.

This McDonalds is owned by the bitchiest, most god forsaken woman I’ve ever seen. Especially because she is allowing for this location to be opened on Christmas. Despite the fact that not everyone is religious, some of those employees still need a break. There are employees there who do not have transportation and they rely on the bus services, some of them have children. They do not need to be spending one of the most precious holidays in a McDonalds where they already work like slaves during the other 364 days of the year.

I went there for lunch cause nothing else i ate at home would stay down with my morning sickness, i pull into the drive threw and hand the young man my bank card and he tells me «man you look like you’ve had a rough morning » it took everything i had to not flip out and punch the kid, im having morning sickness and im sure you wouldn’t feel or look to hot either if u had been throwing up for 3 hours.

So this review is for the 24-​hour McDonalds that is now at the corner of Maple and Livernois — I believe this is where the old Livernois one moved? (if it’s not, then disregard review, please!)
First off, the parking lot is INSANE. Granted, I was there at noon on a workday … but still. It shares it with a completely empty plaza and also Priya (Indian restaurant). If you enter via Maple Rd with the intent to do drive-​through, then see the drive-​through lanes are crazy busy … you can’t get back around and you are screwed. Had to go into the vacant building lot and then turn around.
I was trying to be good, so I got a grilled chicken sandwich with a small fry, only to realize it was 10c smaller than the combo, so I changed my order.
First off: CHARGING 15c FOR PICKLES IS NOT RIGHT, MCDONALDS. The grilled sandwich used to always have pickles. WTH.
Second: The counter lady didn’t know what I meant when I said «grilled chicken sandwich.» It was only after I said «the same one as #13, the classic one?» that she knew what I meant. I got mine without lettuce and without mayo, too, so surely those combined are worth 15c? (can you tell I’m annoyed about the 15c? lol)
I don’t get fast food often so it’s kind of like a treat for me. The menu was wrong too, said the #13 Classic combo w/​medium fries was like $ 6.59 and instead it’s $ 7.19 or so. Then I was paying with two $ 5 gift cards and that wasn’t working out very well either.
The food, as always, was good, and I will give the counter woman props for getting my order right, because a) I changed it to the combo and b) toooooo many times I have had to scrape mayo (gross) and lettuce off my sandwiches. Got it with like 2 tiny pickles (7.5c each, I suppose!) and a tiny piece of tomato on it.
I like McDonalds in general but may avoid this one from now on, mostly because of the parking lot.

Biggest piece of shit Mc Donalds of ALL time. EVERYSINGLE time I have gone they fuck up my order. They don’t give me straws. They charge me for something and then don’[t give it to me. They are utterly incompetent and retarded… no wonder they fuckin work there.

Unlike the other McDonald’s review I recently wrote, this review is a 5-​star.
This location is fantastic. The people are SO NICE. Every step of the way, every single employee is really pleasant and friendly. Also, never an issue with product or orders.
Highly recommend if you’re thinking fast food.
