I’m addicted to this place! Usually I get tired of some restaurants after a while but I just cant seem to get tired of Biscuitville. Even the 1 or 2 rare occasions when my order wasnt right the staff always took care of it without problem. The biscuits and honeybuns are delicious and the price always fits my budget. This place is very convenient while I’m on my way to work and even on the weekends.

We came for the delicious looking lunch menu and found out that this particular store hasn’t incorporated it yet. So…we ended up eating breakfast stuff for lunch, which wasn’t really what I had in mind, but we detoured just to come here(from Baltimore, driving to Charleston, SC). We got the chicken biscuit and the biscuit and gravy. Both were very bland, boring, & very disappointing. The cheesy grits were the most flavourless grits I have EVER had. The only thing I tasted was the cheap shredded cheddar cheese that was plopped on top and still cold. We should have gone to Arby’s across the street.

I have to update my previous review to 4*. Service speed has been very quick my last few visits to this location, which included things as diverse as pancake platters with egg and bacon, gravy biscuits and steak and cheese biscuits. All cooked perfectly, all lightning fast, all delicious. Not sure whether they have more staff now, or a more efficient kitchen, but my food flies out the window. I can barely order and pay before I get to the next window, bag waiting. I did see one person waiting this morning, but my guess is that they ordered something potato related. That seems to gum up the works at every other fast food restaurant in the area, though. Big kudos to Biscuitville for updating the consistency and speed of service.

Like the fact that they switch the menu up occassionally. The pimento cheese biscuit w/bacon was great. New muffin sandwiches on the menu.

I tried the chicken sandwich & chicken fried steak. The Boss had the bacon egg & cheese biscuit. All were very fresh & the biscuits/sandwiches were a lot better than I anticipated. Really fast friendly service via the drive through. Naturally the sandwiches were dry to eat without a beverage & there were no toppings on my two biscuits nor was I asked if I wanted any. My first visit will not be my last, I have to admit I enjoyed them.

I find this place to be a good morning restaurant to get in and out of as the drive-thru usually gets you through quicker than Slojangles nearby. The staff I’ve encountered seem pretty nice from my experience. As for the biscuits, I’m not sure why more folks don’t like them — I find them to have that true made-from-scratch freshness, and the smoked sausage biscuit is just about perfect, with a little spiciness to it. and really good flavor. Their pancakes are very good too as long as you eat’em while they’re hot — my only complaint with them is that the staff only give you 2 syrups — at least at the drive-thru– and that’s just not enough. I also think the inside booths and interior is very nice for a fast food joint. So, to summarize, while the competitor across the street is good and more popular, they also have much more traffic and back-up to deal with while Biscuitville is very under-rated and deserve to take some of that traffic nearby. Oh yeah, Biscuitville’s Breakfast Bowls are awesome, especially the one with sausage.

Soft biscuits, pretty flavorful chicken, weak coffee. But I did enjoy a few things, other than the company: watching them make biscuits and the adorable coffee stirrers.
