You already know that standing in an extremely long line for 30 minutes in a little box room with a bunch of frustrated people who don’t want to be there just… sucks. I was there to return my DVR Box because we finally got wise and had TWC disconnected(and switched to DirectTV BTW which has been awesome). The«nice» TWC Rep on the phone threatened that«We’re going to charge you $ 250 if you don’t return that box right away»… which was totally uncalled for, since the reason I had to cancel was because of over-charging issues. Anyway I followed her«kind advice» and did the 30 minute line wait with all the other frustrated TWC customers. I’m sooo glad that is behind me now!
