This is the 3rd disappointing visit to this particular Bob Evans in a row and most likely the last. The service was awful, took forever, wrong things, items missing, no refills, etc. The only good thing was we had a gift card. Keep going like this and they will close that location very soon and it won’t be missed.

I went in for lunch today with a friend, we go to different Bob Evans all throughout the Miami valley often and this was hands down the best food and service we’ve had at a Bob Evans. I got the border scramble omelet and it looked exactly as pictured and the home fries were perfectly cooked. It came accompanied by the softest biscuits I’ve ever had. I ordered an additional $ 1 cup of gravy, which tasted like it had just been cooked. All of the servers were very nice. This Bob Evans is out of our way to go to, but this will be our new go to place for lunch.

Well we just left here. Sat for 10 mins. No one ever came over to ask if we wanted anything. People behind us and next to us both where waited on. No one even came to our table. Wonderfull way to run a business. Management needed badly.

Makes the BMV look welcoming. We’ve been here many times and up until 6 months ago or so, have never had a problem. Recently, we’ve been sticking to carry-out(which has been certainly nothing spectacular, but was fine) and been receiving cold customer service. Today we decided to go in — the parking lot was remarkably empty for the lunchtime rush. There were more than 5 employees standing at the front, all talking. They all looked up, no greeting, no «we will be right with you.» And went back to talking, each individually looking up from time to time, otherwise not acknowledging us. The talking turned to arguing. After several minutes, one came up to greet us, still over her shoulder arguing with the others. After sighing loudly enough for us to hear, she asked for our name because there was a wait… Not for an empty table(there were plenty of those) but for a clean one. We left, since it was obvious that we had interrupted them with the expectation of service, and will not be returning.

Worst Bob Evans I have ever been to in my life. Terrible service Ordered steak and eggs, steak rare(it was well done and cold) eggs sunny side(burned on bottom and cold) home fries and biscuits(home fries under cooked and biscuits came when we asked for the check) Never go to this location try the one on Main St. In Englewood it’s way better and 1 exit away never had a bad experience there.

I’m down grading them only because they claim wifi but it rarely work. Fix it or remove it.

I decided to try their new broasted chicken. I ordered the 3 piece mixed. I got a breast, wing and leg. The leg was a little salty and burned. It was not worth the $ 12.99 for the meal. They also packed my salad sideways in the carry out bag. It spilled part of the salad. Not very good service.

Wish I could give zero stars. The bacon was cold and the home fries were overcooked and cold. The only thing that was hot when I got it was the gravy and it had no flavor and was watery. The service was awful no smile and made me feel like I was bothering her.

The food is good, nothing spectacular. But if you decide to eat here, don’t expect fast service or a friendly smile.

A fantastic start to a good morning. The waitress was just slightly un-attentive and a little forgetful, but everyone makes mistakes, right? The food itself was wonderful. The«Sunshine Skillet» was perfect with a side of home fries. Of course, the best part about Bob Evans is that mystical gravy that they have; I’m still searching for the recipe for it. Would recommend.
