This is more of a pre review. I decided to bring my computer into this store after having taken it to Geek Squad and gotten an estimate for repair. I hate driving all the way to Pleasant Hill and I would prefer to give business to somebody more local.
I just dropped a laptop off for repair at this store. The gentleman I talked to was very courteous and polite and seemed knowledgeable. The cost of the diagnostic wasn’t cheap but also wasn’t really outrageous. I do have to point out that Geek Squad did the diagnostic for free, but I think that was an anomaly and not the normal routine. As far as initial contact and quality goes I would give this place high marks. I will post another review after after my next contact with them, when I find out what they determine is wrong with my laptop and what the estimate is for repair.

I purchased a printer a few months ago. Had Computers USA come to set up at a fee of $ 169.00. Worked for about a week, but hasn’t since. I called them up and explained and they said it would be another $ 169.00 to come out again. To fix what they should have fixed right the first time? Very frustrated…

They had just what I was looking for! I didn’t have time to drive all the way to Fry’s so I was pleasantly surprised when they had the thermal paste I needed. Also, they hooked me up with some motherboard screws for free! Thanks ComputersUSA! ILL BE BACK!

If you need someone that you can trust to make the right choose in what you need as to pc repair and or pc’s them selfs. Andrew and Chris have been doing my work for years. Some times there not the cheapest but in the long run that have ALWAYS made the right choose for me. They have saved me a tom of time ande money.

I’ve been a customer here since the late ‘90s. Two reasons I keep coming back: expertise and service. Having purchased several generations of PCs for my home-​run business, experience has taught me their advice is right on the money.
And when I need help, I know it’s forthcoming. I don’t expect them to drop everything and make me the center of their universe, but brief calls for advice are happily answered. When a repair or swap-​out is necessary, it’s done in a reasonable timeframe.
If you are from a small town and remember how personalized service used to be, this shop will prove to you that such businesses still exist. In fact, they’ve outlasted literally dozens of competitors. That alone is proof positive they’ve been doing something right all these years.

As a small ecommerce business owner, when my computer goes down, time is critical and I need a service that’s reliable, fast and budget friendly. I also prefer to support local businesses, not big-​box companies.
ComputersUSA! gets my 5 stars for all of this. In the past few months, I’ve had 2 hardware emergencies, where components failed and I needed them replaced ASAP. In both cases, ComputersUSA! repaired and returned my computer in advance of their estimated time. They kept me updated from start to finish and their charges were very reasonable.
I highly recommend them and hope others in the Clayton community will check them out for their computer needs as well.

I hate giving any business a low rating but this was one of those times. I needed some work done on my motherboard and left numerous messages for someone to call about it but no one ever did.
** UPDATE **
After posting the initial review, I received a message from William C. at ComputersUSA! (see comment below). I appreciate the fact that William keeps updated on reviews that affect the business and his concern to make the situation right. And as such, I raised the rating to 3 stars and will definitely give this company another chance. If my experience continues to improve, I will raise my rating again. Thanks again William for the attention to this matter.
