Very good! Coffee is stout and the atmosphere is hipster. It’s the perfect place to sit quietly with your coffee or chai over your electronic device or smooch in the corner and take pre-Valentine’s Day couple pics. Enjoy!

Note the Demun location is vegetarian only! Kaldis is my favorite coffee shop in St. Louis. I always get soy latte or soy hazelnut latte cold or hot. Servers r always wonderful and charming. My fav item on the menu is the egg white burrito. The only thing I don’t like about the demun store is limited plugins/outlets, but this is due to the limitation of the old building.

Love this little hidden gem in Clayton! The coffee is always excellent, although a bit pricey. Their small size coffees are really small but are on par with the prices of larger coffees elsewhere. I love the egg and cheese bagel but it often lacks enough of the cream cheese spread. A food item and coffee can easily set you back $ 10-$ 15 which seems a bit much for a coffee shop. The cashiers and servers are nice enough but it can be annoying when you’re waiting for your coffee for 20 minutes and they don’t try to find you. The coffees just get cold and sit there. Come on! Despite all this, Kaldi’s is one of my favorite coffee shops in STL.

Love this place; great coffee, food, ambiance. It was«our place» back in 1999 – 2001 before I moved to Boston. I’m glad they have an online shop!

We have always had really good food and coffees here. And I love coffee. One of the two memorable things we’ve had at Kaldi’s(besides the coffee) was the curry salad. It was really my first time having curry-spiced chickpeas, and it’s made all the difference. I just had to have curry spice in my pantry from then on. The other memorable thing I loved from Kaldi’s was actually the chive sour cream. Amazing stuff! I ordered the Bagel with the works, and my husband picked it up along with his order too. The sour cream that either came with his or my order probably would’ve gone well with just about anything.

A really really good albeit maybe a bit too pricey cup of coffee. I’m in love with the vinaigrette they use on their side salads. Tastes like lemon merengue pie!

Such a great coffee shop! The staff is so wonderful and the food and drinks are delicious. They also have baked goods from Companion bakery and they are so yummy! They also collaborate with other local businesses which is something I admire! The chocolate croissant and toasted sandwich are really great items on their menu!

This place was recommended by my airbnb host and it did not disappoint! My friend and I got the breakfast burrito — delicious! And a cappuccino :) just before our flights back home. Friendly atmosphere that has a charm

This is probably by far the best Kaldi’s location in the city. Nestled in the Demun Historic District, this location is a little more eclectic than the others. The décor is classy and subdued, and since it’s housed in an older storefront, the café has much more character than a stand alone, just build brick and mortar. Exposed brick in the back room, worn but loved doors and moulding, artsy chandelier… love it all. The coffee is wonderful and the staff is pleasant. There isn’t much space in the front room, but there is a separate back room that has a ton of tables. It fills up quickly though, and on nice days, the patio is full most of the day. Just a warning — street parking a majority of the time, but since it’s next to restaurants that are open more for dinner, I’ve never had trouble finding parking. Such an enjoyable spot, I will drive to this one even though I’m closer to the one in Clayton!

Excellent staff. Excellent service. The Breakfast burrito is probably my favorite Burrito in the world. It is full of flavor. Has a little kick to it. Absolutely amazing and to die for. Yummy!

Kaldi’s is a staple of St. Louis, they are the local chain and its not bad at all for what it is. I don’t believe they offer pour-overs, as such their price for coffee is a little high for coming out of a pump pot. They always have plenty of seating and the parking is usually good depending on location. Its a pretty good spot to meet up or set up and do work for a while.

My first time here. So maybe I’m wrong or just chose the wrong drink. I got the«Patric-mocha.» Tastes like burnt coffee and burnt cream on top. It’s strong and I thing it probably is a good drink when made properly. But this one wasn’t.

I’ve drank a lot of coffee over the years, so you can imagine my utter shock when I walked in on 90 minutes of sleep(darn insomnia!), stumbled over ordering a plain coffee, then changed it and stumbled over ordering an almond milk cappuccino, and when it reached my hand 2 minutes(or less? I’m still mostly sleeping, no sense of time) later, it was one of the most incredible espresso drink I’ve ever had. No offense, but Starbucks who? And me and my gold card love Starbucks. BUT Starbucks doesn’t have almond milk. And I mean, this was just phenomenal. I can’t even right now. The cashier was awesome. He totally worked through my extreme exhaustion to get to the pot of gold coffee at the end. Thanks cashier guy. You and your wonderful world of best coffee ever made my day super awesome. Now all I need is to move across the street and get them to deliver. #newlifegoals

After being around the country, I can say without a doubt Kaldi’s is purely amazing coffee. The unassuming asmosphere across from the park makes it that much better. The demun location is the original.

My absolute favorite, hands-down, of all coffee houses! The food is very creative always delicious and hot! The staff is genuinely warm, and adds to your experience, with many little«attentions to detail!!» I have been a big fan of this coffee house for a long time, and I always meet new people in the summer when I sit outside. The food is consistently delicious, healthy, and beautifully presented! The coffees are delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm! Hands-down, I love this place for many reasons!!!

My wife and I used to spend a ton of time late in college at the Demun Kaldis. Since we live a little farther away we don’t make it out there as often which is a shame. You just can’t beat the location. The park across the street is beautiful particularly in the fall. I love the surrounding shops. Kaldis recently changed up the place a bit. While I wasn’t necessarily a fan at first due to longer lines I’ve been converted. Maybe I just don’t like change ! I feel like Kaldis has stepped up the coffee a notch. My latte was excellent! Nice folks working there and tons of outdoor seating.

Ooh! I like this place! Because of their Kansas City expansion, I’m becoming pretty familiar with Kaldi’s Coffee, but visiting them a their original location in Clayton has certainly given me a new appreciation. While every other Kaldi’s I’ve visited is pretty slick, this location seems so much more cozy and lived in, which is certainly much more my speed. A cozy corner café with weathered dark woods and a sizable outside patio, I can definitely see myself frequenting this spot. The coffee is reliably good, and while I personally thought it was a bit heavy on sweet-potato, the breakfast burrito was hearty and hit the spot on a crisp fall morning. Finally, the staff is friendly and the line moves fast. I don’t know what else you could want! A great location of a great STL company. 5 stars!

Just off the plane from Philly to St. Louis, I was in desperate need of some caffeine and a bite. To Kaldi’s we went, where an oasis of coffee beverages and healthy food options awaited. The baristas were friendly and funny — love that. I ordered an iced coffee and a chickpea wrap which came stuffed with quinoa and kalamata olives and came with a choice of side. I picked the chips, which were super thin, perfectly crunchy and just a little salty. The wrap was filling and delicious but didn’t make me feel super weighed down. I noticed some outdoor seating which would be great on a nice day. This is a great spot for a solo working lunch, coffee meeting or gabfest with a friend.

Hey guy in the bike pants, reckon you can hitch those bad boys up any higher? I hope you’ve already had kids because if you haven’t crossed that bridge yet you might struggle a little based on what I’m seeing. Other than my squirming discomfort at ol’ Harry Highpants, this place was all class. Iced coffee up the wazoo, mega friendly staff, and sunny places to sit outside. That’s pretty much the holy trinity right there. Wins for all!
