Pizza Hut

Went there, beer is on the menu but they no longer sell it. They no longer have a buffet. Don’t order cherry pepsi even though it’s on the menu, they no longer have it. My young son wanted a cup of broccoli cheese soup, they no longer have it. The waitress was so dumb, she kept leaning over our shoulder when we would order something and have a confused look on her face, like she didn’t know they had what we wanted. She would come back and tell us they no longer have what we wanted. We left and went to Vasilios. Never going back there, terrible experience!

The customer service suck bad. I just ordered food waited and hour for cold and old wings and fries and when I called about it the person on the phone was very rude. How do I have to pay for dipping sauces with the wings I have purchased smh the chicken is not even the same. Total waste of time.

My family and I love pizza hut. For us this is where we go to get pizza. Like any other night we place our cary-​out order and headed over to pick it up. Unfortunately, my home is outside of their delivery area. It takes roughly 15 minutes to arrive at the Clayton location. When I walked in, I waited in line and paid. Just as I usually do. I had to wait because my order was not ready. I had a seat and waited for my name to be called. After several guest were seated and a few carry-​outs paid, I started to wonder. After looking on my phone, I realized, I placed my order at 5:35pm. It was now 6:21pm, so, I had to ask where is my pizza? When one of the employees looked at me blankly. The employee asked for my name and when I told him, he took a look. My order had been sitting under the warmers the whole time. As he looked over my order, then realized my personal pan pizza was missing. It was just sitting at the end of the oven rack waiting to be boxed up. When a current customer beside me said «send it back,» I was extremely frustrated. This was after I felt the lack of warmth from my pizza box. He boxed up the personal pan pizza and placed it on my big box order. Finally, my pizza order was ready! I picked it up and started to walk off. He then decided to ask me if I paid for it! I looked at him and I’m sure my face said it all. I pointed to the employee that took my order, then explained that I had paid for it with another employee. I must say, I love pizza hut pizza, but not the customers service it falls short!

The management here sucks. I called to order pizzas and the person who answered the phone told me the incorect nprice for my pzzas. So when I get there they had a different oprice totally and then they tell me they told me the wrong price. They suck. Go to Dominoes. Don’t spend your money here!!!

(Update: 4÷8÷14) As mentioned by a reviewer below, the restaurant has been renovated and has a totally different interior. Gone are the booths, it’s all tables now but where we sat, next to a window, provided ample room. The food was good, Pizza Hut has always had a pretty decent pie, especially the quality of the crust and the flavor of the sauce. Now for the not-​so-​good part of the review. They recently re-​opened after the renovations and I assume the staff is all new. The place was fairly busy for a Monday night and to cut to the chase, the service was quite lacking. Basically, we had to ask for everything, I had to ask for my wife’s salad (isn’t it customary that they bring this out first?), we had to get the guy’s attention for pretty much everything else. So, if you go there this week (April 7 is when we were there), expect some really slow service. They’ve got a nice restaurant with good food at a good price — if they can just get their wait service tightened up, they will be a good place to go, and I can add some more stars. 2 Stars for the service we experienced but an extra star for the good pizza.

The restaurant was renovated in 2014 and had a new sports theme with flat screens in easy view. It is much much cleaner.
Food was typical fare, not bad for the price. The wait staff is in dire need of training. They are new, young and less than fully competent in their jobs. With a trained staff the ratings will go up.

I’ve used this Pizza Hut a few times and am just about done with it. Tried to place an order online last night, got a call a couple minutes later that they were out of half the stuff we ordered. That’s not the first time that’s happened with them. What kind of pizza place runs out of pizza? I can’t stand eating in there. Its like the employees only have one mode, SLOW. You basically sit there with an empty glass that never gets refilled, trying to figure out what on the menu they haven’t run out of to order. Oh, they also randomly do not have delivery people.

Lunch buffet was hot and filled quickly. Service was awesome, my water glass was overflowing with awesome.

This Pizza Hut could use a completely new staff tomorrow! No problems with anyone, just the way it’s ran all together. Start over, the facility had a face lift recently like others, that isn’t the problem.
We need staff that care about serving quality food (roach free) and keeping the facility clean (even under the booths).
My wife and I were eating here a few years back and saw a baby roach run across the menu while I was holding it in my hand. Yes, needless to say, that poor roach was hungry too. Unacceptable! Anyone that has worked in pest control (I did many years ago coming out of school) has seen that most restaraunts have pests.
Pizza Hut’s ingredients when used correctly are top notch, however this restaurant lacks that ability.
Hire a new staff, pay them a few dollars more a hour than typical, install cameras to keep them honest, let’s see what happens. (Note: I hate cameras in a work place, but come on, restaraunts like this need it).
