A Real Estate angel! I had rented my home out for seven years. Year after year the tenants
told me the property was fine… except for an occasional Roto Rooter call. I got tired of the tenants not paying rent on time and listed the property with Rob. He was extremely helpful
in getting all the work done that was necessary… in order to get the property on the market ASAP.
There was a lot of work to be done. The tenant had gone under the house and left cardboard,
which resulted in pest control problems. Tenant noted that house jacks were down under the house but did not tell me… until tenant was ask to move. Underpinning work had to be done. A new sewer was installed, new paint, new gutters, landscaping and maintaining the house for show. I am retired and live almost 3 hours away from the property. I put my complete trust in Rob and he came thru for me. Thanks for smoothing out a rough transaction!!!
