If I could give Matt less than 1 star I would. Take a look at the email this guy just sent me. Can you say UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Let me remind you you are a pool man and you let my pool turn green during fathers day day weekend… Did I mention we were paying him 110 $ per month!!!
«The problem is you don’t keep your water level up, and I have doubts that you’re letting the pool pump run a full schedule. There’s no way it’s gonna be ready by tomorrow even if I get there today. And it just so happens I can’t access my storage unit to get my pool service stuff because it closes at 7, and you wrote this email at 7:01.
It’s clear to me we don’t have a regular client/service relationship going on here. You hired me to give me a hard time. You’re going to have to find another pool service. Please leave me alone.»
