One of the few places around truly living up to my expectations of southern hospitality. The staff here treats you like a family after seeing you literally couple of times. They go out of their way to get to know you and accommodate you the best. In Russia we have a saying, the spoon is most expensive right before dinner, meaning you can sell anything triple of price to someone who needs it desperately (and often they do so). Here they don’t take advantage of customers like that: forgot a pen to write an address, here, use ours. I like the place that sells postal services and printer ink (not ice cream, donuts or stuffed animals) that is so genuinely warm and welcoming. It’s a ray of sunshine among the clouds of capitalism.
