I have to say that we are very pleased with the overall outcome of our front yard project. We put our trust in Utopic Gardens and between Anjelas vision and Ashs commitment to customer satisfaction we are completely satisfied. This company is very user friendly and 1^st class all the way. Quite an interesting company. I contacted Utopic for a bid on my back yard. I was informed that they don’t do free consultations. I emailed again and explained I wasn’t looking for anything free. I wanted someone to look at my yard and advise me on what to do. Again I was told that they don’t do free consultations.
There’s hundreds of landscapers out there and I wanted to make sure that I got a quality job, not a cheap job. So I decided to hire a landscape architect. This way there was no grey area on materials of any kind and I wouldn’t require a consultation.
So, I once again contacted Utopic and said I had detailed plans in hand and would like them to bid on my project. (FYI, I only plan on contacting 4 landscape companies) and their reply was… we don’t work from other people’s plans. So, it leads me to believe that I can’t get a price on my job unless I pay to have a consultation with them that I have to pay them for. So if I don’t like their ideas, I pay anyway?
Does that sound right? It sure doesn’t to me. This is not a small job… The cost is going to be over $ 50,000.00. I just shake my head and wonder how some businesses can stay alive sometimes.
Final cost $ 80,000.00 plus it came out awesome. If they just put a little effort in coming to my home and looking at my yard. That 80 something k could be in their account.

Angela and Ash did a fantastic job sprucing up my yard which included adding a retaining wall, terracing off parts of my yard, irrigation, deer fencing and planting many native plants. When I first used them, they weren’t on Unilocal yet but were highly recommended from Orchard Nursery. Angela is super nice and helps plan the design. Ash is the project manager and is approachable and friendly. They have a small, hardworking crew that gets the job done in a timely manner. They clearly have a passion for what they do which shows in the final product. I got lucky as they were the first landscapers that I have ever used and I had a very pleasant experience. I recommended them to my neighbors who ended up using them, and they can’t stop thanking me for recommending the best contractors that they have ever hired.

Looking for the best landscapers around… these guys are amazing… I’ve seen and experienced the before and after of what they can do to create a space of peace & balance.
