I can not even count the amount of times I have been through this drive thru and been treated so terribly. The employees have horrible communication skills and never smile. I have received attitude from the employees so many times. It’s so sad.

We live very close and eat her about twice a month. The workers are great and we never have a problem inside the restaurant. We’ve always had mistakes at the drive thru. They always get something wrong. We either go in or we don’t pull away until we’ve thoroughly checked the bags.

I’m basing my review on the last time I went, which was a weeknight around 5:30 — 6 pm at the drive-​thru. Though I had a simple order, I sat at the window waiting for my food for a solid 5 minutes and when they did finally give it to me, they offered no explanation nor an apology. And when I got the burger home (about 5 mins. from the restaurant) it was the blandest Wendy’s burger I’ve ever eaten, and wasn’t hot at all. What happened to this place? Also, regarding Wendy’s in general, the original Wendy’s burgers were better than what they have now. This location remodeled a year or so ago, it’s too bad the food is of low quality.

Excellent customer service. My order is always right. I love the ambiance that many of the newly renovated Wendy’s stores. This one is one of my favorite wendys

Spicy chicken sandwich is the way to go here. This particular Wendy’s has been renovated and is very hip.
