The service was quick. It was clean and staff was friendly. We just stopped to grab quick snacks on out long drive to ******* :)

the nastiest dirtiest bathrooms and toilets you could imagine… can’t see how an employee could even clean his hands in the bathroom… hard to believe that human beings can be so disgusting.

Not sure why low rating for this place — stopped on way back to Spokane to get blizzards for the road. Delicious and just as expected as far as flavor and consistency goes. Others on the car got chocolate milkshakes which they all loved too.

I only stop here for an Oreo Blizzard because they are the best especially during a road trip

My family and I were excited to get Blizzards on our way back from a birthday party, so we hit the drive-through at 8pm on our way out of town. Well, all three Blizzards were milk-soup. I bought the mint-Oreo variety, and could tell that it hadn’t been made with any consideration for the end-result, as it had mint syrup half-mixed into the melted ice cream. It was so un-exciting that my two-year-old told me he was done after he ate the whipped cream off the top. We ended up throwing all three Blizzards out and considering $ 11 the cost of not reading the Unilocal reviews for this place first.

One star… that is all. Really one of the worst DQ experiences I have ever had! They pretty much messed up my whole order, the girl working the register seemed to have no clue what she was doing. The blizzards, which you are supposed to be able to hold upside down without the contents spilling out, were very«liquidy». Not a good experience at all! I would not recommend it. Management needs to train the staff a bit better.

Yesterday(6÷16÷2013) my son and I went to the Cle Elum, Washington DQ. We ordered food and a smoothy. Right after receiving our order my son dropped his smoothy on the floor. I told the man who took our order that I was sorry and repeated the order so they could get another one started. He appeared to be a shift supervisor or manager but he didn’t ask his staff to make another one for us so I asked him if I needed to pay for a second one. He said if I wanted another one I’d have to pay for it first. I was appalled that they’d make someone pay twice for what was clearly an accident but was willing to do it for my son’s sake. After he finished cleaning up the floor he went back to the register and started ringing up new customers instead of helping us. By then it had gotten really busy and there was a line to the door. I went up to him and asked if he expected me to go to the end of the line. He said he was busy helping customers! I couldn’t beleive how rude he was and left with a very teary eyed son. Even though we pass through Cle Elum often I will never go to DQ again.

The place was cold, literally and figuratively. Unfriendly counter staff.(Would it kill you to crack a smile?) Heat set uncomfortably low; I wore my jacket the entire time. No hot water in the bathrooms. Where else are they cutting corners?

Our family’s favorite fast food & treat stop in Cle Elum. One of the few stores to offer butterscotch dipped cones. Burgers are great too. Staff is young, always pleasant to us.
