Update to my previous 1 star review.
2 days later I received an email offering me $ 25 off my out of pocket expense if I call and reschedule. So I did call and reschedule. Everything went MUCH smoother except for when I was placed in the room to see the Dr the lady who put me in the room never turned on the «ready» light so I sat and waited 20 minutes before the Dr happened to walk past the room and see that I was sitting in there. The Dr was very nice, fast and efficient. I will be returning.
Just word of advice though, if you wait longer than 10 minutes make sure to ask someone what the delay is as they may not realize that you are there. :)
