Bay Pointe Apartments

******DO NOT RENT HERE!!!********This place was okay to live in. The problem is that the people of this company and the employees of this company are snakes. I moved out of my place on 12÷18÷15, my lease was until 12/​30/​2015. It is now 2÷16÷2016 which is about 6 WEEKS from my move out date, according to my LEASE. I have contacted the office multiple times with SEVERAL voice mails and not one contact back to me. Horrible customer service, coming from a former corporate customer service manager. These ladies at the front desk are in the wrong profession. Someone answers once out of the 10 times I call. Every time I call the answer as for the status of my refunded deposit is different! Oh they sent it out already, oh we need to wait for corporate to get here next week, let me call you back and you can come in to pick it up, oh we are going to send it in another 2 weeks. I do not care the excuse! On CONTRACT you need to issue a refund within 15 – 30 days of the end of lease date. Per the Florida state, this is also true. Now it is 16 DAY PAST DUE and counting and I am still getting the run around. The attitudes I have caught from these lovely ladies at the office is just tremendous (sarcasm). Now after I have already wasted several hours of MY TIME trying to literally track down my deposit, I will now have to spend MY TIME going into a place I left 2 months ago to seek it out?! I have to take hours from my work day to sit there until a refund is issued? What kind of business is this? Never in my life as a tenant have I had to endure this!!! This post is my final plea until further action. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!!!

Worst place to live ever. Everything is falling apart, I’m here while they are renovating and it seems like they don’t care one bit about the people who currently live here. The whole neighborhood is full of broke, ghetto, rachets. They have sprinklers on at 11 at night that smell like garbage and there’s no way to get into your apartment without getting wet. So, unless you’re a 70 year old that is in bed by 8:00pm then you don’t want to live here. Who wants to come home from a fun night out to get sewer water on you because people set this place up poorly and didn’t take into consideration the people who already live here. There are police and ambulances literally every single night here. This is no where you would want to bring kids. It’s absolutely terrible.

The surrounding neighborhood is decent but this actual complex is run down, old (and it looks it too) upstairs bathtubs fall through to the first floor. It looks like a section 8 housing complex. Broke loud obnoxious ass thugs everywhere. Expect your car to get broken into if you move to this genuine shithole. Make sure you wear a helmet while showering if you live on the 1^st floor. Never know when the second floor will collapse on your head.
