Few years back this company replaced my door and springs and hurricane reinforced it. Bang! Yesterday am my sprig broke! I called him and didnt tell him who I was but told him my spring broke and asked how much. He said $la! $la! I asked what kind of warranty did it come with. he said we will get 15 000 lifts with it. That was about 10 –15 years. I said great! YOU DID mine! He asked when he did it. I told him. He said…“Oh that was RIGHT BEFORE we switched over to the GOOD springs! Basically said we were screwed! Way to go Discount Garage Doors and Openers! Stay away from tis one!

This company is the worst EVER! Having to give them one star is to kind. I called them to replace my garage door which they did an OK job BUT about 2 months later the door came crashing down. I called them for days and no answer or call back. On about the 10^th try on the 5^th day someone answered. They then came out to look and tried to sell me a whole new door or 1000 bucks to fix the shitty door they put up. I said NO, told them where to go and called a different company.
