I agree with the last reviewer. This company is VERY fair, knowledgeable, and definitely very honest and trustworthy. They came recommended by a colleague, that is how we found them. They’d rather have happy customers and sleep at night, compared to the other that rip off folks and then can’t sleep.
Another A/​C company quoted me six thousand MINIMUM to replace my ‘old ducts’. Yikes! Jim came to my house personally and said I needed to change my air filters to a different brand, and maybe, only maybe add a return to help air flow. He gave me advice how to cool my home office, but he was definitely looking out for me in the long run. We just found our new A/​C company who we can trust to come into the house, know what they are doing, and not try to upsell or outright rip you off.
The technicians at Heinze work on salary, so they have no commission incentive to take your money. Ask your own A/​C guys about that and see what they say. Jim is always getting training on the latest technology and ideas, that is impressive.

last month the ac broke. We had some thief from Brandon tell us we have a coil leak. He sold us freon even though my husband repeatedly asked to fix the coil. One month later that $ 360 freon leaked out. He pretended not to be able to find the coil and tried to sell us a garbage overpriced system.
Then…
Heinz (Susan) found us a coil but wanted to MAKE SURE its what we needed before we spent money on it. She sent a tech to verify the leak, for free. They found a HUGE leak, that should’ve never been allowed to flow with MORE freon. He checked the outside unit and said theres average wear.
In the end we loved Susan, the Tech and Mr. Heinz so much we bought a whole new system and look forward to the next 10 years of service with them.
Mr.Heniz and Susan PERSONALLY made sure we had ac even at their own expense!
