I ordered an arrangement that was never delivered/was told repeatedly the driver was out on delivery– but failed to deliver my item. The women there was very rude and refused to take responsibility for the issue. So now I also have a credit card dispute with this location. Do not order from this location/it’s a complete scam.

Don’t waste your time or money! My aunt in Pennsylvania ordered an arrangement for me following my surgery. Her credit card was charged on a Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery to me. Wednesday comes and goes with no delivery. My aunt calls to find out and is told the driver is gone for the day, and they will send a new arrangement on Thursday. Thursday, once again, nothing is delivered. AGAIN my aunt calls and they promise that I will have my delivery by 5:00 Friday, but offer no explanation as to what happened Wednesday or Thursday. Big surprise(not!) that Friday they still did not deliver. My aunt has to call AGAIN Friday afternoon to find out what happened, and this time when she asked the girl on the phone what is going on, she got hung up on. Needless to say, I didn’t get my arrangement and now my aunt has to file a dispute with the credit card company. STAYAWAY!!!

BUYERBEWARE. Not only did this store fail to deliver my mom the Mother’s Day present I bought her, but she had to call the store ask what happened to it and they told her they were«too busy» — what with it being Mother’s Day and all. For some reason wer were not as valued as the rest of their mother’s day customers. I can forgive a late delivery, but to cause my mom aggravation having to call after her gift and add insult to injury by telling her that you’re «too busy»? That is unacceptable. A company that values it’s customers doesn’t take their money and then tell them they can’t fulfill their end of the contract. After several phone calls they told my mom they would refund the money to me. So instead of apologizing to her for the inconvenience and making it up to her, my mom gets no mother’s day gifts and i get my money back in my account. When i found out this happened, my saint of a mother told me ‘it’s the thought that counts,” but you know what? This customer service issue is NOT resolved. I wanted to send my mom a mother’s day gift(a surprise, by the way) that would be delivered on Thursday, well before she was expecting it, and instead I got my money back and an upset mom. Had I know the company wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order, I would have gone to one of your many competitors in the gift delivery industries and spent my money elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable, and until someone makes it up to my mom, i will never do business with this company again, and i will warn everyone I know not to give their money to Edible Arrangements. Unless they want it back after a lot of aggravation.
