Chilling little place, friendly service and best of all live chilling music, a true Dunedin Local.

This was a nice little wine shop in Dunedin where you can purchase wine and other unique items or just relax there, which we opted to do. We ordered a bottle of Villa Jolanda Piemonte Brachetto, which was very similar to a moscato, being sweet and crisp. We found a table out on the patio where there was live music we listened to while people watching. The server brought us the bottle and poured for us but she placed the bottle on the table and never went to get an ice bucket for us to keep it cold. Being that it felt like 90 degrees out, it really should have been kept on ice. We eventually made our way back inside to a table because we also got to warm on the patio. They had fans going but this just didn’t seem to help.

What a place! Fantastic live music, great wine selection, beer and cigar friendly! After stuffing our faces down the street this past 2nd Friday, we stopped in here to chill. The staff was great and when looking for a place to sit, a server said«the couch is calling you.» It sort of was, so we plopped down, ordered some wine, lit some stogies and enjoyed the show. I saw on a poster that they have a «Wine Club» too, which involves discounts on items. I also saw that they are hosting a «New World» wine & cheese event in April. I’m highly interested in this, and the cost is $ 25 per head. Anywho, great place to feel like Royalty!

We went for a wine tasting event and ended up with a wine membership. I was extremely impressed with the tasting event. Unlimited wine. Tons of food and delicious cheeses. I mean, would could be better! We are very excited for our two free bottles of wine per month that we get to choose. You can also enjoy your wine there as there is no corking fee. They have a cheese guru who will prepare you a fresh meat and cheese tray that will pair wonderfully with your wine. We are looking forward to our next date night at Sterling! The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable!

Lots of good wine, pleasant atmosphere. We stopped in after diner at Pensare, and a walk on Main Street, to find friendly people, both servers and customers. A couple of women moved from the larger table to a smaller one to accommodate our group of four — considerate of them. The server’s daughter came in to help out for a while — when we first passed by it wasn’t busy, but as we sipped our wine, the place filled up. Server did bring buy a sample of cheese which was good, but not there for food. Definitely would go back.

Wow! Wine and cheese pairing We just returned from Napa and this wine and cheese pairing was on par if not better. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who put it together, she was right on. Asks your preferences for the wine and returns with the perfect pairing. My husband did a red flight and I did a white. Cheese, dried fruit and nuts and each perfect with the wines. We were staying across the street at the B&B and enjoyed the live music each night. Wish I lived closer. What a gem!

Become a wine club member, it’s the best deal and they have a variety of wines to choose from. Plus they have wine tasting events that you can go to for free. Cheese plates are divine! Great for date night or gals night out. Seating outside on patio for the smokers and live music too. We love this place. Staff are attentive and will share their knowledge of wine and cheese with passion and a smile!

We have visited Stirling Wines in Dunedin several times and it’s always a good experience. They offer a wide variety of wines that are unique from local stores. They do serve some cheese(charcuterie) plates but other than that, no food. Upside is the good service, friendly atmosphere and often they have music. This includes Thursday evening songwriters & pickers open mike night which was great. Highly recommended for relaxing atmosphere and a great glass of wine!

Walked in to check this place out. Lady working didn’t greet us so we kind of walked around in circles waiting and nothing so finally when we were leaving she said hi. Not sure how this place has such great reviews… made us feel awkward.

I just love the quaint town of Dunedion and Main Street hosting a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and about anything you can imagine… I just can never wait to return to this town. Last week I was invited, with about 12 other people to a private wine tasting. I love independent business owners. The couple that runs this establishment is very knowledgeable and offer many local Florida wines along with a good assortment of wines from all over, of course they also offer craft beers. This is a unique, 1 of a kind establishment. Yes, wine bars are increasing in the Bay area, most are independents and it gives me great personal pleasure to see them pop up, for us wine lovers, there are establishments all over that offer beer from around the world. This store is quite unique. On one side they have a bar, basically for wine tasting. The other side of the store is full of wine accessories, gadgets and some fun wine extras. Yes, of course they sell wine by the bottle or case and they can special order most wines you may be searching for. The tasting was wonderful and we had a wide variety of sparkling, red and white wines. They list a few food items on the menu, but this store is all about the wine. Appreciating each wine for its unique blend of grapes which produce such a wide variety of delicious and unique smells and tantalizing tastes with each different bottle. Beside the store is a private patio with tables and chairs, so you can relax and enjoy a special glass or bottle of wine or a beer as you watch the activity on Main Street. This section was closed when I was there, as it was after business hours, but looking at this area you got a New Orleans vibe, it felt really cool. I also heard about a cigar rolling machine, that has a great blend of tobacco to compliment the wines that is located in the open patio. I will definitely return for the wine, but I can’t wait to sample one of those cigars(a bit of Ybor flair in Dunedion?). What’s a girl to do? I love my wine and occasionally a good cigar with it only makes it more enjoyable.

The selection was quite small. This is not necessarily a bad thing depending on what you are looking for. My wife is the wine drinker and don’t personally know much about wine so the lady that helped me was a life saver. The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is just the smaller selection. If you are in the area I would suggest dropping by. Since I don’t drink wine or beer I can’t attest to the patio bar side.

Stopped here after diner on a beautiful March evening. Great spot to relaxe with an adult beverage and enjoy one of their hand rolled cigars. Sitting on the patio lookng out onto Main St, watching the people strolling by, hearing music from a few doors down, reminded me of a quiet Ybor City. Their hand rolled cigars are mild or robusto in flavor, and come in different sizes. They are sold for $ 5.00 each, but wait… They do have a special of buy 5 for $ 20! That was my choice. Stop by, they have a good selection of wines and beers. On some Friday and Saturday nights they also have some light music.

Went with girlfriends during an overnight in Dunedin. This place is so cute. One side is a «wine bar» the other a little shop with wine gear/trinkets. The owners were there and they were both super sweet and knowledgeable. They have a frequent buyer card. Pick one up if you think you might be back for more wine!

I stopped in here one evening one our way to dinner in downtown Dunedin. Such a cute little shop with all things wine! Anything you can imagine and more. They also have wine tastings, which is fabulous, I bought a bottle of the Mango Mamma wine. They have flavors for all tastes. If you are in Dunedin and have time, you should definitely stop in. I can’t wait to go back again and try more delicious wines.

Downtown Main Street Dunedin is lined with unique locally owned stores, eateries, & services. This gem only adds to that hometown feel! New owners came in and added special changes to enhance the relaxing experience of the Patio Bar, the Indoor Wine Tasting Bar, and new airy feel of the interior shop! Locally created wines, craft beers, and your fave standard beers are available. There is a handmade cigar rolling station on the patio where an interesting cigar blend is used for a great taste and a fine burn! It is definitely an oasis where you can relax after walking Main Street! There are two HDTVs for your sports viewing pleasure. The«al fresco» seating makes for a most relaxing atmosphere and just emphasizes the«delightful» in Dunedin! Come on down!
