My husband ordered a $ 100 arrangement of flowers to celebrate the birth of our child. He placed the order online through a company called flower delivery express(fulfilled through four seasons) and the arrangement was supposed to include lilies and roses. What was delivered to the hospital looked like a cheap arrangement of carnations, no lilies or roses. I wouldn’t have paid more than $ 25 for what we received. When my husband called to complain, flower delivery express blamed the florist, and the florist claimed that they received the wrong order. In addition to this, the customer service rep at flower delivery express tried to blame it on my husband and claimed they may not be able to send out a new arrangement because Valentine’s Day was around the corner. Eventually we talked to a halfway decent customer service rep at flower delivery express who attempted to make the situation right by giving us a refund and re-sending out the correct flowers. It was nice that they tried to make the situation right, but it made for a very negative and frustrating experience with these companies when we should be celebrating a happy event in our life.

We were sent a small Christmas arrangement by family members. It arrived: just several blooms and some greenery stuck in a cylindrical small vase of water. There was no preservative, so the white rose buds browned in two days, and while I added water, the smell from the small vase became unpleasant fast. The card which said«CAREINSTRUCTIONS» offered none. There was no additional preservative attached. I recommend not patronizing this florist based on poor quality.

Terrible. My husband ordered me an arrangement of lilies and roses for our anniversary. When he saw what I delivered he was very surprised since it was a half dead arrangement of what looked like wildflowers, it was a very sad arrangement. They had a chance to redeliver the proper arrangement since when the order came through«it didn’t have a description or picture so they didn’t know what to make»(Basically they just threw left over crap from the week together and sent that) they couldn’t even be bothered to deliver a replacement. What a terrible company and terrible customer service, definitely would recommend to stay away. If a description and picture of what was ordered didn’t come through, what would make them think that they shouldn’t call the billing number to see what they should send instead of sending some ugly crap that was dead the next day.

Ask for the total price before you get off the phone ! Ordered some items and the price I was quoted vs. what I was billed for was almost twice as much.

I have been using Four Seasons for two years. I order flowers about 5 – 6 times a year and they have hit a home run each and every time. Their arrangements are high quality, full of color and variety. They deliver, of course, and are easy to work with on arranging timing of delivery. They’re not inexpensive, but the quality and design are completely worth it.
