McDonald’s

Time, and time again, I give this location the opportunity to improve on their customer service. Yet every time I find the experience lacking. So again, for the 3^rd or 4^th time, I am again left without a receipt for my order. It is not the responsibility of the customer to request a receipt for their purchase, it is the obligation of the seller to provide a receipt. The franchise owner needs to make it a policy to provide their customers with a proof of purchase. I am sick and tired of using the drive thru, returning home, and finding myself without a receipt.

No Soft cone ice cream here. You have to ask for napkins and will get 1 or 2 if you’re lucky, they don’t put them in your bags and are not available to customers. They have not cleaned the large indoor play area, be careful you will have to keep your kids from the random drinks sitting inside.

Oh lord. So many bad things. Old, stale nuggets that had shriveled and were luke warm. French fries were so old they snapped apart with their staleness. I had to stop eating so I wouldn’t get sick. Bleh.

I occasionally hit up this McDonald’s in the middle of the night because it is ²⁴⁄₇ and close to my work. The food is normally decent (as decent as McDonald’s food can be). The service however is awful. It is always a bunch of young kids working overnight and have the time they don’t pay attention to what you are ordering OR what they are doing.
I once ordered a double cheeseburger meal and they gave me 2 Egg McMuffins. That isn’t even close! I drove back around and had to wait in the busy drive-​thru again. The kid at the microphone and cash register at the first window never told the kid at the second window what had happened. So, when I got to the window to get my food; it still was not made. I had to explain everything again and wait for him to tell the cook and the cook to make my sandwich. I not only wasted my whole lunch break, but I was late returning. Save yourself some frustration and visit the ²⁴⁄₇ one on East Bay near Starkey.

Great friendly service at the drive thru. However the fries were not fresh, had a mixed assortment of golden dark brown fries. also when she handed me my drink she said here is your coke. I ordered a dr pepper. And for that I give this place 3 stars. XD

This particular location charged me more for iced coffee than any other place. I told them they were wrong but the drive thru kid had no clue!
