I made the review earlier of 1 star. The reason was the day my cube was scheduled to arrive with our content. It was a NO show! I spent 2 hours on hold that day and had nothing but trouble. The next morning the pod was at my door. I was told they had technical problems with a new software. New update! We keep getting funds taken out of our account 1 month after the pod was finally delivered. I had to ask my bank to stop transaction and issue me another card that I uses. Stay away from this company!!!

I arranged for PODS Enterprises, Inc. to deliver a POD to my house in California this past March. The day before the delivery I checked with PODS and discovered that they were sending the POD to my destination in Florida, and not to my home here in California. I called PODS immediately about the error. After discussion it was agreed between us that the surest, safest way to ensure that the POD was not delivered to the Florida address was to cancel the order. PODS refunded my money on my credit card, withholding $ 199.99 as a cancellation fee. I demanded repayment of the $ 199.99 and PODS refused. I contacted my credit card company and explained what had happened. My credit card company gave me a credit back of $ 199.99. Today I received a letter from a debt collector for PODS, now wanting the $ 199.99 plus a collection fee of $ 44. I have sent the collection attorneys a letter outlining the matter, demanding all records and communications between PODS and the credit card company, and warning that any adverse consequences flowing to my excellent credit reputation will result in legal action by me. Basically, I caught the error made by PODS and in doing so saved the company a lot of money. I ended up using Bekins to transfer our household goods. The service was excellent. The things we shipped were expertly packed and the cost was less than what it would have been with PODS once all of the various fees are added on. Obviously, I will never do business with PODS again and will never recommend that anyone else do so.

Poor experience as tied to PODS schedule, representative have attitude here it is take it or leave it. Customer Service Representatives are not helpful after you placed your order. POD set empty for 5 days before it was picked up and as a result I was charged another full month of storage /rental fees. It’s been approximately 2 weeks and the Customer Service Manger hasn’t processed the promised Customer Accommodation, aka go away refund, refund as promised. I do not recommend PODS and will not use them again, look at U-Haul as they have a similar service.
