This place urgently needs a remodel, looks old, kind of smell bad, and apparently servers at this location aren’t well trained. She put on the ticket something I didn’t order, and worst of all is that she didn’t even knew how to take it off, the manager came and took care of us. The food was still great, even though took so long to cook a few small burgers and a couple of fries, we grew beards waiting. Owners of the location must consider a remodel soon, they really need it.

Me and my boyfriend walked out of the place– used to be one of the better steak and shakes and now is one of the worst. Have eaten here several times at this location in the past– last time prior to visit today was 3 years ago. Service was atrocious along with the food. Waitress took our order, slow to get to table, water down drinks took a ½ to arrive. Was never served the side orders ahead of time and when we question the waitress she did not even remember taking it down. We waited additional 45min to get the food, our booth was near the kitchen — my boyfriend noticed an order sitting for a long time not picked up — the waitress finally brought it to us– the food looked very undersireable, my boyfriend pointed out to the waitress about the order sitting there for awhile, not bringing the sides, she asked us if we wanted the meal re cooked, we told the waitress we will go eat some place else and walked out, we ended up eating at taco bell

They forgot my fries much less the Taco salad had NOTACOSHELLS! What’s a taco salad without TACOSHELLS? Defeats the purpose! Horrible salad! Burger was cold, poor service won’t return!!!

It’s so wrong that you will repeatedly charge me when I ask for extra cookies in my shake & somehow, still, I end up a with cookie-less Mint shake every time. Don’t charge extra for extra when you barely put half of a cookie in :( Do the cookies come out of your check? Wouldn’t you like lots of cookies in your shake? I do.

I am not one to write reviews. This place is so bad I actually looked up their 1 – 800 customer service hotline and wasted more of my time to complain on record. Management here must be the worst for every aspect of our dining experience to be as bad as it was on an average day with an average number of other customers. Took 10 min to be seated. 15 min to get a waiter to take drink orders. 20 more minutes to get a waiter to take our food order. Still hadn’t received our drinks yet. Table behind us who was seated after us already has their food, but I still don’t have my soda. My boyfriend’s chocolate milkshake finally comes and tastes like banana because they didn’t clean out the shake machine between orders. Finally get our food, which is wrong ANDCOLD. still waiting on the remade shake. Get correct food. Finishing up with food and shake comes STILLTASTESLIKEBANANA. At this point we ask the shake be remade and put in a to-go cup as we were anxious to get out of there. Shake comes out in regular glass. Finally get waiter to bring to go cup. Not a single apology or acknowledgement of any of the missteps/inconveniences. Go to check out and level with the manager who won’t even look me in the eye as I explained our experience. Didn’t offer to comp anything or offer to do anything to make the situation better. I work in customer service and expect more from management when these things happen. This place is seriously a mess and we haven’t eaten here since. Chick fil a has milkshakes and customer service policies that put this place to shame.

Customer service here is horrible!!! Don’t bother using the drive-thru as they will have you pull around and bring it out to you. They never have onion rings(I think it’s laziness.) Very poor quality food. Have eaten in also. Poor service. Cold soup.

Worst customer service ever. All steak and shakes you’re guaranteed to have it too. I got a burger that was mangled and didn’t even taste that great. The drive through is extremely slow. Culver’s is better.

I wish I can sue this place for its every dollar, but I’ll let karma take its place on this hell hole. Firstly I’m writing this review sitting on a toilet. Yes, still on it because I received FOODPOISONING. I had a burger and fries… and that was it. next thing I know 2 hours later I’m yakin in the toilet and diarrhea. I’ve been out of commission for two days, can’t even go to work, and missing me and my wife’s anniversary. This place needs to get shut down immediately and I hope the FDA reads this so they can do something about it. S&S hell with you !

Frisco melt is amazing and I get it almost every time. Great place for a good quick meal, old school diner style. Excellent shakes. Definitely recommended and will stop by again.

The food was as expected for a steak and shake though my Frisco melt barely had any sauce on it and wasn’t cut in half like they usually do. The service is an all different thing. I went through the drive thru at 1:30pm on Sunday so it was not busy. Woman(found out it was an overweight white woman — not being rude, only trying to be descriptive if a manager wants to know) who took my order made me feel rushed, never said thank you and sounded annoyed). When I pulled up and asked her about the Steak and Shake app about how to add my purchase to it, she said quickly I had to do it before paying and enter my credit card info. When I started answering to let her know I had already done that, I hadn’t said 2 words before she said«Have a nice day» and turn around and closed the window in my face. Again, not a busy time and only had one car behind me. Seriously? That’s what you call customer service? I guess they might not be aware of how many choices I have around here other than them. Unless I get a response from a manager or DM, never coming back.

BELOW sub par… granted I ordered at 3:30AM, and I was the only customer in the drive thru & the dining room… My schedule is different than most & I expect the food to be prepared and served to the same standard as 3:30 in the afternoon. None of my food came out correctly as well as cold fries, and a terrible burger. Probably because they do not have a manager working at this time of night. So if and when(&that’s a BIG if) the manager may or may not read this, please contact me and let me explain to you how you are slacking at your job for the company that you apparently have no concern for… dare you.

Been here for drive-tru but ended up a walk-in customer. There was this problem on their drive-tru, so I just decided to dine before I get lost a lot time and a lot of patience. Very good. ReasonAble prices. Always come here. They always send coupons weekly. Meals under 5.00 dbl. bacon cheeseburger. I recommend it for a quick decent reasonable meal. You can’t go wrong. Lot of locations.

Drive thru is a giant time suck!!! Pulled up to the speaker at 1:55 after a long morning at work, the woman says it’s too early for the happy hour discount so I order a soda but get to the window and as I had suspected it was 2pm so now it wasn’t too early so I asked if she could add on a shake since it’s half price so she told me to go back around. I do that and three people get in front of me before I circle back around and now I’m sandwiched in the drive thru line with no drink and it’s 100+ outside and I’ve been here 20 minutes!!!
