IHOP

This place can be a hit or miss. This visit was great! The hash browns were seasoned well & crispy, the eggs and pancakes were delicious. Our waitress, Yamila was the best!!! Sweet, helpful, courteous and attentive. She got our order right and giggled when our son agreed he wanted chocolate milk. I’ll ask for her next time.

I haven’t been during the day time, but I often go on the overnight shift. I have no complaints service has always been courteous and food is decent and price is comparable to other Ihops.

Not good. The place is already getting the dirty feel. We waited 15 minutes to pay until we finally just left cash. The girl of course came running to get her money. I said it’s odd we sat there and you didn’t come then we leave and you come running. She laughed! There were only 4 other tables with people. Good was meh…

We have ordered food from here 7 weeks in a row and have yet to get the order correct! I order the same thing EVERY WEEK and they have yet to get it correct. I finally made a complaint and the manager apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again. It did. I think the most aggravating thing is that I’ve said something the past 4 Sundays to the same manager and not once has she comped anything, even when I paid for an entire other order of food. So I spend $ 8 on a plate of food I didn’t order and didn’t get my money back. We love IHOP but this particular location is awful. If it weren’t for the fact that we have a tradition of eating at IHOP every Sunday I would’ve been done with them 2 months ago. We ate inside a few times and it was better but still not great.

Great service best service ever at iHop. I had the breakfast sampler and it was hot and fresh eggs were perfectly cooked and bacon was crispy. We went in Easter Sunday morning and they were very busy but they had no problem attending to 9.

I have been here twice, my fault for not heeding the warnings from my friends that this place is terrible! My server seems to disappear shortly after we get our food, no drink refills, more coffee would be nice, no do you need anything else, just poof and then at some point she comes out of hiding and drops the ticket, after I had to ask for things from another server. The food is standard for any ihop but I have grown tired of looking for someone to bring me so ketchup while my eggs are getting colder by the second! I tried them a second time about a month back and the same problems. Of course the store will survive there are plenty of unsuspecting victims who will pull off the freeway. Saw the manager once and they did not stop by to inquire about our services or meal.

Since I had just finished a day of working retail during the holidays myself I tried to cut these people some slack but… when we first walked in a girl came over and said «can I help you?» Which always irks me because I think that is a terribly rude way to greet people. Anyways, she sat is down at a booth and said our waitress would be with us shortly however 15 or so minutes went by and no waitress said a word to us though a few different ones walked right past us on several occasions. I guess they didn’t need our business because they still failed to acknowledge me and my husband as we got up and left. I say go on down the road to the Huddle House where at least the act like they appreciate your business!
