I got a several appliances here never had a problem. I liked the service and the sales staff. I had no trouble and the prices were great. I spoke with the assistant manager and he seemed knowledgeable. I could not park in the prime spot but they had a huge truck in those spaces apparently they have no loading area so they block spots so customers don’t get stuck waiting for them to unload the heavy appliances. I feel like the complaints here are from people who did not go inside to ask questions. I hate uninformed people. I walked in and asked questions. They have a good staff and they are very well informed about the products and competitors. I Googled what I asked them and they were spot on. I am glad I shopped here. I wish I remembered the name of the tall guy who helped me he was the best.

Eric was the «used car salesman» we had to deal with, he was by far one of the tacky/​worst saleman I’ve ever dealt with. There was NO management at all on staff, salesmen were yelling across the room to one another to ask for prices. It was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Don’t see this business doing very well for very long.

This is a new location for this local store of 9. Good location in Clermont.
My wife and I went to buy a washer and dryer, we chose a Maytag model. After reading online reviews of this particular model we decided to go to other places but not before writing down the price etc.
During our visit we overheard one salesman answer the question, «What’s the difference between this model and that model?» My wife and I laughed when we heard his answer of what this one’s got a glass lid. She had just been looking at those models and there were significant differences between the two, meaning the salesman did not know what he was talking about.
We went to Lowes and found the same model and it was $ 300 cheaper. We asked our salesman about the issues we read about in the online review. He knew exactly what we were talking about showed us what the problem was and continued to provide us advice about frontload washers he guided us to a matching pair that we chose Additionally Lowes offered free delivery.
The store manager at appliance direct was very helpful and courteous. But given that they were brand-​new kind a grand opening stuff, the store should’ve been cleaner brighter more organized. And they certainly should of had cheaper prices than Lowes.
