Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Everyone we talked to for help was completely rude! We received more help from other shoppers listening to us trying to get help than the actual employees! Absolutely ridiculous!

Nothing wrong with this location. I’ve had only polite, quick service by all the employees and decent prices an everything I was looking for.

Ignore my previous review they have made it right

This Home Depot is never as busy as those closer to Orlando so my shopping experience is usually a good one. I recently purchased a house and so I have spent alot of time (and money) at this store.
When we bought 20 gallons of paint, the paint guy kNEW his stuff. He was efficient, if not a little short with people, but to his credit he was handling 6 orders at once.
When we purchased carpet for our home, the associate to help me took more time with me and was more knowledgeable and helpful than Empire Today (who came to my house). He helped me select the right carpet and gave me opinions on the options and truly helped me balance quality and price.
My carpet installer was FANTASTIC. He was very friendly, skilled, clean, and fast. He worked alone and somehow carried my carpet into our house BY HIMSELF like an ant. He wouldn’t let me help him carry anything, he did all the work. I sat on the porch and drank tea and napped and when I awoke, I had wonderful carpet in our bedrooms.
I’ve never had a problem returning items when I needed to, and always find what I come for. On occasion I will get a rude associate, but 80% seem eager to help you and very friendly. I’m a young man who just bought a house and has a family — I will be spending $$ at hardware stores alot in the next few years, and Home Depot has ensured I will be spending it there. :)

Asked 3 people for help getting fence pickets and wood screws. All of them just pointed in the direction I needed to go. NOT one even offered to help me load the pickets onto a cart. And I WAS HOLDING A BABY!!! So needless to say I said screw it and left. drove across the street to the Lowes. The people at lowes picked out my wood screws for me, loaded the pickets onto a cart AND loaded them into my truck for me. I will never go to home depot again. Thank God for Lowes!

Joanne in appliances was awesome. She has helped us on a few occasions before too. She saved us $ 550 and put us on a 12 months same as cash plan. :) we are very pleased. She made appliance shopping almost painless. The delivery, however, was delayed a week much to our disappointment, but the appliances were delivered, set up and are terrific.

Recently did a remodel and got a few things here. I have never had more trouble with a company than I had with them. They lost most of my business to Lowes who I will gladly continue to use!

Great service at Home Depot but they usually don’t have precisely what I am looking for. The people there are friendly and usually have a good idea on how to help you out when you have questions, but I’ve had issues finding exactly what I want. Typically, Lowes has a better selection, but the people that work there are unhelpful morons. So when I want good service I go to Home Depot, and when I want something that’s a little harder to find, I go to Lowes.

Actual conversation I had with a salesperson:
Me: «Do you have any plants that will help attract birds?»
Salesperson: «Umm… have you tried a bird feeder?»
