Clermont Bicycles

I’ve been to Clermont Bicycle a couple of times to replace tire components for my hybrid bikes. They are so cordial and helpful to me. I enjoy the personal attention that I get from a family owned business.

Dropped daughters bike off for flat tube repairs and as courtesy they even adjusted drivetrain and lubed moving parts for her. then they even had her sit on bike to adjust height of everything for the best riding experience. Thanks Clermont Bicycles!

I have bought 2 bicycles from here for my kids and gotten my own mountain bike serviced many times. I am a bit partial as I am a fan of Specialized and with them being a dealer I am more inclined to shop here. What really impressed me was the service that they had there and the owner who came out to chat with me and was very friendly with my kids. My son was getting a Hotrock and really wanted to get a new bike helmet to match. Since we were buying the bike already they gave me a pretty good deal on a helmet. The owner said that if he really likes the helmet he will be more inclined to wear it.
We came back about 2 years later to upgrade him to a bigger bicycle from the shop based on the great experience before. I also brought my other son’s Hotrock as the pedals were making a clanking noise. They took them apart and fixed whatever was causing the problems free of charge for me.
I will be in the market for a new mountain bike shortly and this will be the first place I end up looking. Some of the other bike shops in the area seem to focus heavily on triathlon and road bikes and the mountain bikes are kind of tucked away in a corner. This shop seems to give all of the bikes equal attention.

Nassar (sic) and the staff were frank and honest with my concerns in purchasing my first «real» road bike.
The best element of the shopping experience was the knowledgeable staff. I didn’t just feel like I was buying a bike. I felt like I was buying in to a support network.

I brought my mountain bike to this shop while in town camping. The staff were friendly and they did an outstanding job with my bike. Not only that they fixed an error that I made with a pedal I installed.

I am really enjoying my new bicycle. I am the talk of the neighborhood. I can not wipe the smile from my face as I peddle around. The color of course is amazing and a real eye catcher.
More than that is the kindness the staff showed me and my family as we went through the process of choosing and test riding the new Mean Green Metallic bike. My life has changed because of your patience and encouragement. I can now exercise with minimal impact on my poor joints and back. The bike is perfect. You made all the adjustments needed for a smooth and comfortable ride. Your expertise and knowledge of choices and selections made this all happen.

I absolutely LOVE shopping at this bike shop. I have bought two bikes from them and they are the best. Whether you buy an entry level or a pro tour bike, you will get great prices and the best service you’ll ever find. Check every shop in town and you’ll be back there.

I had shipped my bike across country and needed to get my GIANT mountain bike reassembled and tuned-​up. After biking around my new neighborhood and being greeted by a couple of «Well, It’s gonna take a while, do you need your bike back today?.»… I thought, «Hm… I’m wearing bike shorts and sweating… how do you think I got here? Of course I need it today!?»
I peddled away frustrated until I happened upon CLERMONT BICYCLE that unbeknownst to me specializes in GIANT’s brand bicycles. He greeted me with a welcoming «Hello, how can I help you!» I thought, «Well, there’s a fine concept!» The owner was amazingly helpful and his experienced technician very efficient. I had a few questions and needed a tune up… plus, I was looking to add an inexpensive bike computer to my ride. I appreciated the owner’s kindness and no-​pressure or up-​selling attitude. He found out what my needs were and gave me the best two options. Because of that I opted for the midrange bike computer. The service was fast, efficient and I was back on the road in no time. I will continue to bring my bike in whenever it has issues. Great business and great owner! I peddled home a happy customer and found my new neighborhood bike shop!
