The worst place I have ever had to deal with. 9 days to get an MRI and 6 months to get my wife’s mama gram. Go anywhere but here.

If you needed an MRI so bad and they reschedule you a day before since they just submitted the pre authorization a day before the test is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I scheduled the test two weeks back waiting for the MRI due to lower back pain and sciatica which is horrible.
It’s even too hard to reschedule it the following week telling me that it’s already booked up. I called Advanced imaging which is not too far, it’s in Mohawk. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating.
If I can give zero star to Clermont radiology, I will not hesitate.

Front desk staff were complicated to deal with. Hours are not accurate on website for X-​rays. Made 3 attempts to get an X-​ray of an infected cut and had issues every time I came in.

The staff that checks you in was rude and treated me like I was a moron. The waiting area was packed. The equipment looked rickety and of course the first time they didn’t get all the images they needed so they called me back the next day. I won’t go back without a fight.

So friendly! From the person who checked me in, to the person who performed my procedure, everyone made me feel comfortable. The décor in the mammo waiting room is calming and soothing even down to the lighting panels.
