Will never use again Crooks They told me on the phone it would be 69.00 for a tune up on our air conditioner and when the guy got here he said it would be 79.95 Also Our air conditioner is 2 yrs old and I was charged 97.00 for small plastic safety piece that should have been 10.00 and covered under warranty Then the tech installed it in 5 min and left all the wiring hanging loose which I had to fix because he didn’t have plastic ties in his truck To top it off he left without putting the screws back in the air conditioner and the cover fell off after he left and bent the corner So I had to put all the screws back in my self NEVERAGAIN will I call these idiots !

Just like the other review, they are crooks. I paid $ 270 and had freon installed. 3 months later it was all leaked out, when I called them back they wanted more money for the same service and told me that I refused to fix the leak… why the heck would I pay for coolant if I dont fix the leak? I was never told there was a cracked valve. Do not hire these people.

This company is full of crooks. They are liars and steal money from you. Our air conditioning was frozen over on 3⁄20. So we called Del-Air like always have for almost 12 years. Almost every year between April and June we have our unit worked on or maintained. We called them like usual, and the tech came out, told us our Freon or whatever was low, but that’s not unusual.(he’s the same tech from last year, btw) he tells me there could be leak, but the amount we lost was so low it was a normal amount. When I asked if we needed to test for a leak, he said no bc if you buy this package when I come back out in 6 months, we can check then and decide to do a leak check then. Well, he told me that by not doing it wasn’t a big deal, but he had to document it on the paperwork, to sign it, ITWASNOBIGDEAL. Well, what a load of crap that was. He sold us on a maintenance package, put on paper he checked all motors, and what not that came along with the«maintenance» package. He told us that our unit would be fine, he would recheck everything in 6 months but our unit is in great shape. I even asked him if I needed to start saving for a new unit, ours is about 12 years old. He told me no, just to let him maintain it and it would be fine. Well, it wasn’t fine. The next day the air unit was frozen over worse than the day before. When we called Del, that was when the nightmare began. Long story short, they wanted to charge us another call, and all parts and labor to «fix» what was just fixed the day before. Or so the paperwork said. Speaking of paperwork, remember that thing the tech said would be «no big deal», well it was. Be very careful of what you sign with these crooks. They will rope you in and take your money and then call you a liar when you question their shady ways. So, on 3⁄21 another tech came out, we paid another $ 270 after paying $ 311 the day before and then we waited 4 weeks to hear back from John, the jerk supervisor who likes to talk down to people like they are stupid, when all the while he is robbing you blind. He will come to your home, with the tech so it’s 2 against you, they will spin their stories to their advantage and they WILLNOTFORANYREASON refund any money for services NOTRENDERED. Liars, cheats, thieves, crooks… These are the words to describe this company. Find another provider, I certainly will be from now on.
