I was excited about finding a Dunkin Donuts in LA. But this particular one in Santa Ana was a total disappointment. They cashier had some kind of hearing impairment because she act as if she couldn’t hear me. When I drove to the window, she didn’t even know her menu.
That’s when I should have drove off, but being me I wanted what I wanted. I order the Steak and Egg bagel. Horrible, the egg taste funny and the Steak was dry. In all I will never go back. I feel, some mandatory training should be in place. Great customer service goes a long way!
