Fantastic Sams

Location on 192: we went in and there were 2 in front of us. Three employees working or should I say one working the other two went in bank and we’re talking and laughing. We left after an hour and ten minutes of this as obviously they weren’t concerned about paying customers

It is a Fantastic Sam’s. They did a good job although not overly quick about it. I would go back since it is very convenient for me.

Thomas cut my hair because Candy had already went home. Thomas did a great job. I tell you what — he really knows how to cut hair. Thanks for the great haircut Thomas. I have tried to add a after picture but it won’t let me. Trust me it looks great.

So I went to this location Tonight, and there is this very unprofessional looking man that is behind a counter, he greets me by asking «what do you need?». Okkkk I’am like «A haircut??» He is like «what kind of haircut?» Ok anyway, so unfortunately, he was the one that was going to pretend to cut my child’s hair? So, my baby sits down, and I can’t stop smelling the cigarette smoke all over that man, yanking her curly hair DRY! Is he or is he not a «stylist?» So anyway, I decided to leave and Ill never come back to this location, never want to see that man again who got hired somehow as a «stylist», he needs a haircut, a smile and a shower ASAP to work there Pls!

Great experience with Nikki. Always a pleasure to have her cut my hair and my sons. Great place and affordable for a single parent.

Ask for Nicole she is a great stylist! She also specializes in color. She keeps up with the times and is always further educating herself on the new techniques. Prices are very good compared to other high end salons.

Made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. Stylist took me back to her chair and another stylist said a customer had been waiting. So I was told the other customer had to go first, Realy?! Said I wasn’t going to wait and was told come back in 2 hours. This location is convenient but I am going to travel further to get my hair cut, and my son’s, and my husband’s and my daughter. Just lost 4 customers.

I used to come here all the time, Nicole is fantastic, HOWEVER… The older stylist managing the phone and desk is disrespectful and absolutely ruined this salon for me. I came in to see about starting to return my hair to its’ natural color, ash brown/​blonde (not an easy task I know coming from dark brown). She seemed very irritated, like I was inconveniencing her, and proceeded to loudly lecture me (in front of several other patrons) about me putting «all that black in my hair». Needless to say, they were the ones that had put «all that black» in in the first place, saying it was brown, but regardless. She told me to wait in the waiting area up front, and I settled in to wait awhile. As she went back to her other client though, she started loudly talking about how her «granddaughter» is trying to go natural from black and what an idiot she was for doing it. She kept looking over at me. I didn’t come here for a lecture, or to be disrespected. This isn’t my first visit here, however, it is my last. If you don’t want to do a color change, or don’t feel that your equipped, then please just tell me. I didn’t need my time wasted or to have my previous hair color decisions questioned.

In from out of town, needed my layers trimmed up. Got a cut by Nicki and she did exactly what I asked for and did a great job. Very nice girl and I had fun chatting with her while she worked.

I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice haircut. WDon’t bother and cut your hair home. Save the money, and you won’t be mad if your hair gets messed up. My daughter went to this place for a simple ends cut and got her hair messed up by a young lady that allegedly went to the «Harvard» of hair dressers. she just wasted her time there. Couldn’t cut on straight line and just made an uneven cut in which the top layer was longer than the inside one. Save the money and ask someone to cut your hair for you, you will be happier! Would have left a no star review but the app forces to use them in order to leave reviews.

Nicole is awesome! She put highlights in my hair and did a fantastic job. I would go to her again if I lived here! The price was great as well.

Candy done a cut, color, highlight & waxed my eyebrows. First time ever meeting her & I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to see her! She was awesome!!! Would recommend her to/​for anyone!!!

I used to always use this place and I loves it. However the stylists that used to be there hates the owner and have gradually all left. The new stylists are just not up to par. My hair wasn’t even cut evenly on each side. Like an inch difference. So it’s not like it was barely noticeable. :/
