I made a 1pm appointment with Kira and when I arrived was told that Kira was no longer available. They told me to come back at 3pm (to be seen by someone else), and when I came back was told that no one was free to take the appointment THEY had already changed. The woman at the desk was rude and dismissive. She asked for my phone number to reschedule but obviously she had already wasted enough of my time.

Waiting 2 hours for a haircut is ridiculous, it appears as though only one person works here so make sure you make an appointment first.

Tonya was so amazing! I was looking for a nearby salon, since I just moved to the area. Was able to get a same day appointment. I am so happy with how my cut my turned out. Will definitely be returning.

After many years I don’t have one complaint. I’ve never had a bad hair cut yet (given it is difficult to mess up my curly hair) and now that I’ve got one person I’m going to, Glenda, my eyebrows are finally done right each time.
If you sign up for their emails, you’ll get coupons every so often. And when I go during the week, it’s way less busy than on the weekends (seems obvious, but thought you should know!)
They do make appointments so if you know you’re going to go (especially on the weekend), make an appointment so you don’t have to wait around too long.
