We’ve visited several locations and this one is the least favorite. At 6:00 p.m. The only option for prime rib was medium well! Poor staff management and the server was less than congenial. Outback used to be the go to for prime rib.

Every time we go to OutBack in Clermont, Fl, we have an excellent lunch or dinner. We have dined there for the past 8 years with the fast great service always impresses us. The whole staff are friendly and go above to meet your needs. The Victoria Filet is grilled perfectly every time. Steak burgers are huge and grilled to your liking. One of my favorite fish there is the Firecracker Salmon is moist and flaky. Yummy. Thank you for remaining a perfect clean and fun restaurant for Lake County.

If I could give no stars, I would’ve! Pass up this old, run down and sad excuse for an Outback restaurant! Slowest service, and poor food quality make for an awful dining experience here! Now add in the the piece of bacon in my salad dressing(I don’t eat meat!) the chipped table and visible caulking lines on the table and back of booth, no toilet tissue in the ladies room and you should run out screaming…

Nice food for a chain restaurant the waitstaff is top notch. There training has to be amazing. Great atmosphere too like going in and having dinner or lunch. Will go back.

This location needs to figure out a few things: 1) Move the stinky smoking area or stop propping the door open so that the stench of an overflowing burning ashtray or a stinky cigar isn’t wafting through all the dining areas. 2) I have leaned that the ranch dressing is now(like many other things here) overloaded with pepper. I’m not a fan of pepper, even though I love other spices. Even the side of mac & cheese is a pepper fest now. 3) I get full pretty quickly & used to like the 5 ounce sirloin and shrimp combo– but the last 3 times I ordered this I got a a hunk of sad gristle. Also, the grilled shrimp were loaded with garlic butter– and when I asked for it without a lot of butter, I received shrimp that were loaded with black charcoal(or grill brick) taste. 4) Bring back the old ranch dressing, or better yet a light ranch that is not overloaded with pepper. I like other spices but I’m not a tiger, so I don’t like pepper. Even the side skillet of mac & cheese has too much pepper in it. 4) Would it be too much to ask for the bar area to be for adults only? I would like for a date night with my husband to be a nice experience(without paying $ 100 per plate to do so) and endless kid whines and screams don’t belong in a bar area to me.

We(hubby & I) came to eat dinner here, our wait time to get seated was 25 minutes, not bad considering it was a Saturday night. Once we got seated we were approached immediately by a staff member to let us know that our waiter(Josh) would be right with us. Once Josh got to our table he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the menu. He was extremely nice and attentive towards us. We had such good service from him that we let it show on his tip. This was our 1st visit here and we are very pleased.

Ok so outback is a chain that shouldn’t get much more than 4 stores, so you know it’s service that will bring u below that. And this place(at least our server) did not know how to manage a crowd. Drinks did not Coke out until a good 20 minutes after the order… And the check took forever.

Been here a few times. Service is fine. Food is mediocre for the price. I have had good steak and I have had average steak. Have also ordered apps and other things that came up short.

Never again, 3 strikes you’re out. Bad service, inept employees, horribly prepared food. So disappointed in the demise of Outback. Used to love their quality, but there is none anymore.

Seriously. We should have just walked in and not done call ahead because coming in earlier and checking in at the door still had us waiting over our initial quote time. Server was SOABSENT we should have just ordered everything ourselves. He was all over the place like he was serving tables in 3 – 4 different areas… so that sucked big time because I really wanted it.

We went in on Sunday after the movie our waitress was pleasant and friendly. My wife order a hamburger. She wanted to have a burger because she had a burger a few other visits and it was one of the best burgers she ever had. When the burger came it was smaller and not as good. The waitress recommended a steak sandwich which turned out to be better than the burger. Bravo to our waitress for that. All in all it was a good expierence. Dale

This was the best experience we have ever had with an Outback, and we LOVE Outback. Our server, Juan, treated us like it was a fine dining establishment, kept our drinks full and gave us a wonderful meal. My husband always gets his steak cooked Blue and many restaurants have trouble getting it just right; the cooks cooked it absolutely perfectly. We will be coming back to this restaurant again and again… And will definitely request Juan as our server!

Went online and signed up for call ahead seating. Still took 20 minutes to get seated — and then it was in the bar area. Ordered a Blooming Onion and it was extremely salty and greasy. Last time we will ever get one of those. The rib eye came, cooked just right but it was so thin and cool, not even hot. New feature to us is you can order the level of seasoning desired. Servers were very pleasant and efficient. Salad crisp, chilled and good. Love the fact you can order everything on a computer at the table. OK meal, nothing I would go back again for any time soon. Only reason we were there was a birthday celebration and he wanted the lamb, which was delicious. Girls softball team next to us that was VERY noisy, You don’t go to this place for quiet atmosphere anyways.

For a chain they have pretty good steak. Although wings were so so. I like the ordering thru touch pad on ur table makes service quite fast. Wish steak was bigger for price thou.

Was so aggravated because we waited so long to be sat. However, the manager did a fantastic job at servicing us and made it «all better»!! Food was awesome and our server was great!

I haven’t eaten at an Outback in about 3 years and was excited to visit this location, as it is close to my home. Our waiter was funny and personable. The computer system went down for a short time and that seemed to stop all service. Everyone stood around not knowing what to do… hummm. .hand written tickets like back in the old days. We all ordered the special of Filet(medium rare) and the grilled lobster tail. Three of the steaks were well-done and very over cooked. The server never should have brought them out to us. We sent them back and we were brought entire new plates. Those were cooked fine and the grilled lobster tail was good. A trip to the bathroom was an experience in which I am not happy to repeat anytime soon. One toilet was backed up and full of … another toilet did not have toilet paper and the paper towel roll was out of the container and sitting on the sink. I’m being picky but I expected more from an Outback. A waitress came in and we told her about the toilet issues and she asked us «what do you want me to do about it ?» We also told the hostess and she told us in a nasty tone that they were working on it. Not what I expected from an Outback and I will not be visiting another Outback for a very long time.

Ugh! That so wasn’t worth it. Seems this restaurant has gone down a good bit. Where to start with out hour and a half plus experience for 4 at our table. Apparently now the servers have to also bus their own tables, we were told that it has been that way for over a year. It shows when they don’t have the time to be attentive to your table. We waited 20+ for a box. So we started with the worst bloomin’ onion ever. They left the peel on it which isn’t edible and it was over fried so all together not every good. Bleck. The wing appetizer was good as usual. The salads were drowning in dressing. And then came the apologies for our for taking so long. We were told that they would take off our onion. Awesome. We had a free coupon for that onion that was already turned in. Thanks? They did shift it to the wings. So the food came… steaks were okay but anything that had the featured crabmeat topping was icky. Just didn’t taste good. Left most of my food on my plate but wasn’t even asked why. And then the bill came… somehow they charged my 12 year old a $ 24 meal. When she pointed to the item on the menu, we both did, some word must have come out wrong and she got some every expensive filet instead. We were argued with and let it go. But come on, do you think I let my kid order a $ 24 steak. No clarification there? Even when we pointed to it? Hmmm. Less than thrilled with the whole experience. Oh well.

SLOW!!! Not exceptionally good. I had the sirloin and crab stuffed shrimp. Sirloin was ordered medium well but was over cooked. Crab meat stuffing was not tasty.
