Visited to get my passport picture taken a Friday night. A VERY unprofessional associate, Annabelle, assisted us. Which by the way she rolled her eyes at me, because she had to take pictures again. My husband asked her why she rolled her eyes at us and she stated«it was because she has gel on her eyebrows», what a great lie. I just ignored it. I didn’t bring it to the managers attention, this was my only mistake. I even apologized after we paid because she had to take so many pictures. After we finished with that dilemma, we still shopped around the store for other things we needed. This associate had the audacity to call the cops on us because she felt«uncomfortable» and wanted to put a «no trespassing warrant» on us… Are you kidding me?!? She should of been the one getting in trouble for being unprofessional! That’s what I get for being nice! The officers were waiting for us outside of the store and they were pretty upset that they were wasting their time! They didn’t say anything other than how upset they were for being called for something like this. They thought this was ridiculous! Please if you shop at this store — stay away from this associate!!! She may call the cops on you if you look at her wrong!!!

Terrible pharmacy! I tried to transfer a prescription and they couldn’t even figure that out. Took me three days and several phone calls and eventually a visit to figure out that they have no idea what they’re doing. They could have at least called me — but I guess they can’t even figure that out.

My experience was with the pharmacy only — at 4am it took less than five minutes to fill a prescription, the pharmacy manager working(older female, extremely friendly) called over to the hospital to change my prescription because she said she had a generic that was $ 50 cheaper. She offered this without prompting, by the way. I was touched by her kindness. She also had a great sense of humor for working the graveyard shift and made small talk while taking care of me. I haven’t had that same experience with other Walgreens. I removed a star because I noticed a few customers at the front of the store calling for a cashier and a staff member walking from the back of the store shouting, ‘I’m coming, I’m coming, hold on.’ — which I thought was unprofessional. The pharmacy, however, was a lovely experience. Tip: make sure you scan your walgreens card at the pharmacy, that took my bill total down another $ 15, which was impressive.
