Worst Publix experience of my life! I truly did not think that this store chain had the capability of having grouchy employees. Boy was I wrong! We stood for nearly 15 minutes at the deli for subs — even though it was far past lunch tume. When it was our turn in line the staff were rude and snippy, despite our several attempts to offer light interactions and jokes. Then we got to the register and every single register is at least 4 – 6 customers deep. The express lane only had 3 customers, but obviously there was no enforcement of the 10 items or less policy for the express lane, because the lady in front of us had 22 items. Then when it was our turn, we had 2 sub combos on the belt. The cashier insisted on charging us for 2 combos and then also charging us for the chips and sandwiches separately. When we brought it to her attention, she voided 1 item and got snippy with us about voiding the other items she incorrectly charged is for. Wasn’t worth the hassle since we were in a rush, but I definitely would not frequent this store. They have a lot to learn to hold up the Public standard. This location was a disgrace!

There are a few that work there that have a pleasant personality. It seems that they never have the prescription they have to order it. It seems to me if the doctor prescribed something and it needed to be ordered, the pharmacy could at least give you a courtesy call so you don’t have to park and make a trip just to be told to come back. Cvs is so much more convenient and they have a great friendly crew. Even the pharmacist is nice. Publix is just okay. They just don’t make me want to come back. I feel like it’s a bother.

So, the store itself is fine, clean, stocked, no problem. My problem tends to be when I check out. Most of the time, I remember to bring my reusable bags. Yes, they are bigger than plastic bags, but when you ask me, or I ask you, that it’s ok to use multiple bags, why do the baggers find the need to 1. Put all my canned goods in one bag or 2. Use 2 – 3 bags for $ 100 or more of groceries when I brought you 10 bags. Now, carry out is complimentary. I have a 2 ½ year old, and now a newborn. Personally, I don’t even think I should be asked if I would like help out, it should just happen, unless I state otherwise. I have 2 kids to put in the car, then somehow have to get the cart to a cart return while my children sit in a hot car. Not the best idea. But quite a few baggers don’t even look twice after I check out, just tell me to have a nice day. Thanks for that

The Pharamacy at this publix is AWESOME! Last night my teladoc dr called my rx in at 8:20, I called at 8:30 to check to see if they had received the dr’s call. The lady that answered told me they were currently filling the rx at that moment. My husband got to the pharmacy at 8:35 and they had my meds ready for him. You guys rock, Thank you!

Fine Publix. Just like all others. Haven’t found anything to be faulty. It has all the amenities of a big Publix, ample beer selection, produce, deli, and lots of open lanes. Even 5−6pm in here isn’t crazy with the lanes they open up.

Publix is a great place to shop and this location is no different. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and have had many exceptional experiences and plenty of extraordinary examples of customer service.(I’m in an «e» kind of mood) I state my case: –A few months ago I was having some issues with a rather pricey prescription and one of the techs went out of her way to find a discount card, help me activate it, and call me on multiple occasions to keep me updated on the status. –Last month I went on a 10 day juice cleanse where I literally only drank the juice of fruits and vegetables that I juiced myself. I did all my shopping for this adventure at this Publix and was helped out tremendously by a handful of different employees working in produce. They helped me find substitutions for rare items a recipe called for and aided me in picking out the best type of certain vegetables for juicing. There are many more examples but you get the picture. The store also recently went through a renovation which included the addition of a large wine selection.

My favorite supermarket chain in Florida! I never go in and NOT find what I’m looking for, though I haven’t gotten complex with my recipes yet since moving to Florida. The staff is always really helpful and knowledgeable, and the environment is always really clean and cheery. I’m always happy to be in Publix!

A homeless lady asked me for spare change in the cereal aisle. Needless to say this isn’t the classiest Publix in the area. It is also insanely busy ALL the time. I have a panic attack whenever I shop here. Pluses: the bakery is pretty good and the layout isn’t terrible.
