I lost my keys and needed a ride. Called A&K, told them I needed a ride and that was it. 45 minutes later, I called back to see where they were. Another person answered and told me one of their cars broke down on the interstate. I asked how long it would be and she told me she didn’t know. She said they only have two cars. At the very least, they should have taken my number and called me when they realized they couldn’t get to me in a reasonable amount of time. We need Über here in Cleveland!
