The service was amazing. Abbie was great! She filled my delicious cup of coffee $ 1.59 every time before having to ask. I had a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit $ 2.66(hobo) with a small side of gravy $.99 that i poured all over it and one pancake $ 1.59. The biscuit sandwich and gravy were incredible. The pancake was perfect with the butter, hot syrup, and the little jelly that i put on it. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast if your in/passing thru the area. Total bill $ 6.83 plus tax and I’m stuffed!

There’s nothing better than a good ol southern breakfast. The restaurant may look rough around the edges upon first sight but once you’re inside the warm and welcoming wait staff and cozy surroundings make you feel right at home. As you look around at the other diners and the plates of food they have in front of them you realize that anything you order is going to be substantial and if you go home hungry that’s your own fault. I noticed that there was a child eating a pancake that was larger than him!!! When I saw the basket of biscuits come out I was stunned and amazed at their large size and their fluffiness. These did not disappoint as they were tasty and delicious and went very well with my bacon, grits and scrambled eggs. Needless to say I did not go home hungry and now I am left with a craving for biscuits everytime I pass by the Rebel drive-in!

This place has been here at least since the 60’s maybe longer. Changed owners several times and use to be an old fashion drive-in restaurant. The carports are gone and now more of a dinner style country restaurant that is great for breakfast and lunch. Really good burgers and country dishes like those mentioned in other reviews. I have been here many times and for some reason never got around to reviewing this place. Located next to Bradley Central High School is was once a hot spot after school and still sees some after scho traffic Got the burger today which was great and added a half price shake with the meal. If your looking for another dive type dinner with good food and reasonable prices this is it.

Went for breakfast and really enjoyed it. Great bacon and hash browns. I actually didn’t like the biscuits, they are large and cake-like, and I prefer either layers or doughy, but that’s just my personal preference so no points deducted. The staff was prompt and friendly, the food came out quickly and all tasted great! The outside of the restaurant looks quite plain, the inside looks better and the food tastes better than the place looks :).

Ok another satisfied customer today because I got my country type food here. I got chicken and dumplings which was served in a bowl. Enjoyed them along with mashed potatoes and gravy which was scooped up and presented on a dinner plate with gravy on them. Got cole slaw which tasted home made like«grand ma’s» and pinto beans too which was just like how my mama makes them. All went well together with the corn bread served along with the sweet tea. The service was excellent and very friendly with a smiling face from my waitress at all times. She also helped me choose what to order. The waitress checked on me several times and kept my drink full. Most of all, I was waited on within 5 seconds of sitting down. This is probably the fastest I have ever been waited on ever. Wow. With that said, congrats to Rebel as they get a 5 stars review from myself. Now, That’s a good«rebel» of a(hotspot) –back in the day, sort-to-speak. If you eat here, you will figure that sentence out. There are some old antique looking radios as «what nots» in this restaurant towards the back. Be sure to check them out.
