Five stars because it’s a velodrome where once there was a vacant lot. Oh, and you can try it for free, and they have classes for you to learn how to ride on a track, along with bikes you can borrow. If you don’t want to ride, you can watch plenty of races — just check their schedule. You can fuss about the lack of a roof and the small size, but I welcome you to compare a small outdoor velodrome to no velodrome. This place is driven by volunteers and philanthropy, and having one of the only velodromes in the region is a nice thing for Slavic Village and Cleveland.
