Ok, so here’s the deal. I was pretty happy with my roof until:
1) I noticed my brand new broom missing
2) I noticed they did not replace my downspout… and it was missing
3) They did not put on my lower gutter correctly
What I do appreciate is Mike has come out and fixed the downspout (although it was put in so it didn’t even hit my other gutter, but instead ran water down the side of my roof into the 6″ spot that doesn’t have a gutter) and is also sending someone out to do the gutter. In terms of customer service, he was right there. In terms of a top quality job that’s done right the first time… not so much.
PS: I really liked that broom…
