I love Jimmy Johns in general but this one is especially awesome. Great staff and delicious food.
The only downside would be that they REALLY need to expand their delivery area a little bit. My sisters house is about 2 miles from the store and they don’t deliver here. That’s not the stores fault though, probably. :)

Love this place. Didn’t have any JJ’s where I moved from but the staff her is friendly, awesome, and Freaky Fast. Delivery is on point and always quick too. Much better than Subway and better environment opposed to any other sandwich type of restaurant.

Was looking for a home town favorite of mine while working here in Cleveland, TN and was happy to find a Jimmy Johns. Great deli subs, fresh ingredients, typically good service. Unfortunately they only deliver up to a two mile radius here (I was 2.6 miles away) so thats why only the 3 star rating. Guess I’ll have to plan better in advance next time and stop by after work rather than rely on their goofy, extreamily close delivery raidus.

I first tried JImmy John’s in Chicago, so I was happy to see one open closer to home. This restaurant is newer so the aesthetics are a over average. The food is very good and consistent with other JJs. The two issues are the music is so loud they cashier cannot hear you. I feel like I have to yell my order and forget about having a conversation while eating. The music is just too loud! The major issue is the practice of automatically charging for a medium drink rather than asking «what size drink». I have learned to say «small drink». The up-​selling without asking is unacceptable and should be corrected by management.
