Went for dinner this evening. Sincerely hope Cleveland supports it. Family run with the food prepared the same way. Excellent value for the money. We had the beef bourguignon and the pork chop. Both were prepared excellent and came with a side salad as well as an additional side. No this is not the Ritz just good food.

Solid food at an affordable cost. We all had sandwiches at lunch and everyone walked away very pleased with their meal. The family that owns it is overwhelmingly kind. For a local startup, they’re already miles beyond any of the chain restaurants that dominate our town.

Ate here for lunch today on a wim. Ended up meeting a fellow foodie friend and proceeded to do a little sampling of the menu. Here are my thoughts: Service — friendly and competent Cleanliness — new place so quite clean as expected Menu — Really Good. One page menu which is a plus for me because it means they focus on doing things well. Well balanced offerings of savory and healthy. Food — Beef dip was undwhelming. It reads like a french dip but ends up tasting more like a roast. Shrimp po boy was good and I recommend the spicy sauce even though it had no heat to it. Pot pie was solid but it’s a pot pie. Waffle fries were good, thick and crispy. Wild onion straws were the star appetizer, quite good. The people at our table were also complementing their salmon salad. Lastly, the bread pudding was like a Cinnabon cobbler and no one could more than a little due to its sweetness. Price — Everything was a decently priced until you realized there was no side item. Then $ 4 for a side of fries seems a little much even if they give you a huge portion. Overall — Good but not great. I will definately visit again to try more options.

Family owned business. This is definitely a «mom and pop» type restaurant. I mean literally. Their son is the cook. Their grandson is the dishwasher. Of course I met the owner who also seats you and checks you out. Now this is their first time in the restaurant business. So, expect that in coming here as they are learning. I got the pear salad with sweet tea along with some crackers. I enjoyed this healthy meal for a change. After all, it is just lunch and I have to go back to work. This building as been rebuilt, remodeled, renovated and updated which is great. You expect every thing in here new and clean because of it. It is the simple truth: that you can park in the back of the restaurant if you can’t find a parking space out front.
