Lorain Triskett Cycle & Fitness

I have purchased several bikes from Lorain Cycle. Also some repairs. A small shop run in the old style way with personal service. The owner is a fanatic about doing it right and getting everything prefect. Repairs are along the line of, «We don’t need to replace that, the old one will work fine after I get done cleaning and adjusting it.» Kind of refreshing in our throw away society.
The prices here are in line with what you get anywhere. Nothing fancy, kind of like what you might get from a chain store. But with expert advise and personal service. He will order any part for you if you are a wrench too.
The owner is kind of nuts. Have to agree. He’s a fanatic. But in a good way if you are buying a bike for someone important in your life and need some advise.

If you are thinking of buying a bike this place is great. The owner is knowledgeable, helpful, and a good kinda nuts! We bought our kids bikes here and he adjusted them, and inspected them as a courtesy. When needing a new bike, we will definitely come to this place again. Caution: the owner is a bit of a crazy dude. Cool, but nutty like JIF.
