I have a horrible experience with Drs. Marino & Nassif & Associates. My mom put the cap on her teeth. After 3 weeks, the cap fell out. My mom needed to come back to put the cap in. Right now, her teeth is very pain. She can not eat and have to take aspirin everyday. I tried to call doctor office to set up appointment. They let me waited half day and did not answer the phone. Maybe they scare what I happend to my mom teeth. They are Suck. The office located is 4647 Ridge Road Brooklyn, Ohio 44 144

Biddulph Dental 4647 ridge rd, cleveland oh 44 144. Doctors do not return calls, office assistants/front desk reception relay messages. If your in pain do not expect quick or kind treatment from these people. They have attitude. The place is run like a automated factory, no time for patients. The dentists are so busy they cannot ever be bothered to call you back or even know who the heck you are. If you don’t mind assembly line treatment, this is the place for you. If your looking for a more humane touch, beware and stay away from this practice.
The front desk reception is the worse, they are out right rude.
