Maybe I’m biased but it’s a great team shop with a ton of different items. Prices are reasonable and always a huge selection. Staff is always helpful & friendly. Season ticket holders automatically get 20% off anything in team shops… that even includes game worn jerseys or items. Can also be reached at

***The Progressive Field Team Shop is the Cleveland Indians’ team store; it is a big store and there is a wide variety of hats and clothes; there are also a few unique items like their stadium mustard (Bertman); while the selection was good, service was just okay; on non-​game days, they also sell tickets here and the staff (while polite) was not quick to notice customers just buying merchandise***
During game days, parking is expensive; some nearby parking lots are as expensive as $ 30; there is also free 1-​hr parking right next to the gift shop, which is a nice plus if you are just looking to buy merchandise or tickets.
